We had done some remodeling and I was given the name of BSI Plumbing. I looked on Angie's List, but there were no reviews for them. I called, left a message and Billy, the owner, returned my telephone call and answered all of my questions. So I decided to use his company, regardless of any reviews on Angie's List. Raphael showed up promptly at 8:30am and installed the toilet. I had a problem with the faucet in the kitchen. It would make a loud noise when I ran the cold water, so I just mentioned it to Raphael. He showed me all of the problems that I had with the existing plumbing, explained the repair needed. He fixed the issue and saved me from major repairs in the future . . . and grief with a broken disposal. Raphael was very professional and has over-the-top work ethics. Thank you, Billy, for sending to our home!
Description of Work: I had a commode replaced. Also, I had a problem with the kitchen faucet making a loud noise when I ran the cold water, so I showed that to Raphael, the plumber.
