I fired Terry after working with her for almost a year.  She was initially referred to me as someone reliable, who I could trust to not steal my belongings, and who had reasonable rates.  One of those claims was true.  Nothing of mine ever disappeared, and she and her crew did a fair-to-good job at cleaning my apartment.  Unfortunately, her lack of professionalism was a grating sore point throughout our acquaintance.
When I first called Terry, her first statements to me were, "Who are you?  How did you get this number?"  Not the response I expected from someone running a business.  Based on her reference, I moved ahead and hired her to come every two weeks, and we agreed on a rate.  When she failed to show up for the second appointment, I was surprised to find out that it had been MY responsibility to call and let her know I was happy with the first cleaning, and oh, by the way, she wanted more money to come back.  I was then subjected to a repetitive, excruciating narrative about how her business was struggling, she only had five long-term clients, her husband would be mad at her if she kept our agreement, and so she had to charge me more 25% than we'd agreed upon.  I should have thrown in the towel then.
Be advised that Terry's problems are actually YOUR problems.  When she doesn't tell you any of her policies, YOU should have read her mind.  When she no-show, no-calls more than once, it's YOUR fault for not making sure she was coming.  When she breaks your belongings, it's YOUR fault:  first, that she forgot multiple times to tell you something was wobbling, and second, that her employee forgot that Terry'd told her to take the crystal down before dusting.   When 16 of your washcloths, pillowcases, and sheets are stained and ruined because her employee didn't use gloves or wash her hands after using OxiClean on your shower door, it's YOUR fault.  After all, it was YOUR cleaning product.  That problem didn't go away, even after I'd alerted her to it.  I finally gave up.  
She runs a phone-based business, but her phone has been broken since I met her.  Half of the texts I get from her are blank or incomprehensible.  The last one was memorable for being in arabic script.  Despite being told that my payment would cover all of the cleaning supplies, some of my supplies were used without my knowledge.  One I only know about because she broke something when she put it back.  Since I've known her, I've been subjected to several long soliloquies about the hardships she has running a business (and why I should pay for them, monetarily or otherwise), and every time, I've had a vaguely hostage-like feeling. She is not insured, and she's a great believer in the the guilt trip.  
This was a bad experience.  I hire people to make my life easier, not harder and more stressful.   Next time, I'll go with someone who's reputation I can check more extensively and who understands what good customer service is.

Terry's always very flexible/accommodating on scheduling the service.  Her team is also very thorough, cleaning the fridge interior, changing linens (if desired), moving furniture to clean behind/underneath, etc.

Terry and her crew come to my house and clean it from top to bottom very thoroughly. They are very professional. the house looks and smells fabulous when they are finished. If I want anything special done, they are extremely helpful at accommodating every thing I need done. I have never had anything lost or broken.
Terry is friendly and easy to talk to. She is an animal person so dogs or cats do not pose a problem. She will do small apartment jobs and very large houses as well as commercial work such as office buildings. I used her service when I had an office.
She never disappoints!

The owner's name is Theresa Montemayor. I have used her services for fifteen years. She is completely reliable and does incredibly thorough cleaning. She works her way through every room and does a good job. She is honest and hardworking.

We left a voice mail and received a call back right away. We were able to book a same day appointment the day before Thanksgiving. The crew was about 2 hours late of original appointment time, but did we did receive a phone response to our voice mail inquiry that they were still coming. Best Price Cleaning performed a better job on a "light" cleaning than did a service that we used for a "deep" cleaning the month prior. They opened cabinet doors and dusted inside some pieces of furniture, folded a few pieces of clothing that were laying on the bed, took out the trash, made our wood furniture shine and the house feel and smell fresh and clean. Terri the owner was on site and managed the crew which finished up in just under two hours. The price seemed reasonable for the amount of work they completed.

We would definitely use this company again and suspect having a standing monthly appointment would eliminate tardiness. We really can't complain about this though as Terri did work us into her schedule on the same day we called; and it being the day before Thanksgiving. Terri did call us back to say that she got delayed at her previous residence so communication between us was good.

Her cleaning crew is still up to their A+ standards.  She used to come to my house almost every week.  When my husband retired, we moved to a much smaller house; and she comes less often now.  She is just a really good person.  I love her!

It went very well. I have known Terry since 2002 when our Golden Retriever went on "walkabout" and she called to tell me she found her. I was looking for someone new and this simple thing told me she spoke English well, was conscientious and loved dogs. I have been meaning to write a report for her on Angie's list for a couple of years and just keep forgetting.  If I need her at a specific time, she is there on the dot. Terry has a few core employees for housecleaning and more for commercial jobs like office buildings and apartments. I have NEVER had anything broken or lost since 2002 and she wrapped all my belongings for a move. She will work with you on price depending on the size of your place and what you want done. Animals will be a liitle extra. I love her! She is extremely easy to talk to. I may have to amend this later because I think she has a website contact. Make sure you clarify which products you want used for your house. She is very careful to use products that the customer prefers. I used to live in Dallas and now live closer to 380 area. She cleans houses in Dallas, Plano, Frisco, 380 and other cities.
