All Trade Pros

This service was a while ago and I don't recall the exact date so I just inserted 11/11/2012. I don't recall the charges so I just inserted 0.00. It went well. They performed the services that we requested and were prompt and courteous.

Turned work down after extended period of no contact.

Overall smooth job. Started and finished on time. Gave good advice in terms of what should be prioritized. Offered more services than I wanted at the time, but bid it such that I could do it all or pick and choose what I wanted to have done. The workman left some equipment at the house after the job. I had to call them to come pick it up.

I have a very mixed feedback about them. Part of the work that they did was great and part of it was terrible.

We were not able to use the deal before the expiration date. Contacted company, was told to send email. Sent email and received note back - You have the wrong email address. We do not know what you are asking about. I did not follow up after that.

I bought their Big Deal which was for two hours of licensed electrical work plus free panel inspection. They were very good; they were on time and very professional. Two guys came out and they took care of everything that I needed them to and actually took less time than the Big Deal. They knew exactly what was going on as soon as I showed it to them.

They're okay. They did exactly what I asked them to do, but I wouldn't say it was a stellar job. I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for 8 hours of work and they did work well the whole time they were here, but I did feel like they were always aware of the clock. Not wanting to get caught with anything extra to do when the time was up. A lot of the work is well done, but a few seams in the baseboards are pretty sloppy and will have to be redone. They left at least one hole in the drywall (from removing an old door) they didn't bother to mention before they left - just left it behind the open door for me to find later. Maybe because they knew I had purchased the "Deal" they didn't believe me to be a long term customer worthy of more attention?

The quality of the work was amazing. The price was a bit higher than expected, but I didn't feel bad about it because the quality was good. Tracey and his crew were prompt, they cleaned up after the work was complete and overall I was pleased.

Canceled the appointment and asked for a refund from Angie's List.

They also installed a new ceiling fan.

It took multiple efforts to contact and get an apt set up. When I finally did, they didn't show up at the scheduled time, didn't answer the office phone when I called and then called me three hours after the set time frame to let me know they were running late and wouldn't make it that day. We rescheduled and I read the new date/time back for confirmation. I confirmed again the day before the appointment. The next day I got a call that they were "on the way" 4 hours prior to our scheduled time. I was in another city and had to rush home to meet the workers. When I questioned the confusion, the office person couldn't explain the problem. I was taking off work to meet the electricians so this was a real issue. The two men who showed up were nice and willing to work through my list. One was obviously the electrician and the other a helper. The electrician tackled the bigger jobs (changing out a ceiling fan light kit and adding an outlet in a bathroom) while the other began on the smaller jobs ( checking some outlets that were not working, etc). While the bigger jobs were completed, the second man spent most of the time trying to "follow back" a circuit to "determine where the issue was". Ultimately the electrician walked in, saw what the second man was doing and fixed the issue by tightening a screw in the outlet. Several other things were not addressed because the hour was over - but I feel much of that time was lost . These men were subcontractors with All Trade Pros yet were more professional than anyone connected to the office. I asked for the electricians personal info and his rates were actually lower than All Trade Pros so I can't say the "Big Deal" was all that great.

I had them hang 3 light fixtures. I have vaulted ceilings so they really had to work hard to get them up there. I wish they hung it a little lower so I could reach it more easily. There was one other small issue I wish was handled differently, but overall they did a good job.

It did not go so well. It took multiple calls, they did not show up three times, and they had to continuously reschedule. They finally made it right but it took about two months. They actually came and did the work but they did not do the panel tune up. They did not charge me for the work because they had to continue to re schedule. When I got a hold of the owner, he sent someone when he said he would. They were overwhelmed with work. They did complete the job but it was a hassle.

Problems arose during work. Owner of All Trades Pro pulled to supervisor off my job and sent him to another job. Then the painters on my job decided to move the new bathroom counter and put it in place. When they did this they turned on the water. It was slow enough they did not notice it when it happened. They then went back to painting in the kitchen/dining area. Evidently it was noticed later in the day and they made every effort to hide the accident. When I arrived home I noticed a few things out of place and the men were acting a little strange and one of them left as soon as I drove up. Later that evening when I noticed my quilt was wet about 6-8 inches up on the sides touching the floor. Then I begin to investigate and there were small puddles under the bed. I have high grade laminate flooring throughout my home and so the flooring was starting to swell in areas. I immediately called the All Trade Pros owner and sent him pictures. He met me at the house the next morning and replaced the flooring the next day. I have also had to have them come out and repair and replace the glass door on my shower remodel as the glass installer missed to support studs when he installed the glass and so the weight of the door was causing it to pull the drywall loose and also cause the door to not close properly. Once again the proplem was addressed by all trade pros and repaired.

They did an excellent job, very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

The concrete crew showed up (I believe fairly close to when they were supposed to) and I went over the work to be done with them. I was a little concerned that the supervisor/owner who came out to quote the job was not there, but I proceeded with the crew that was there. There were a couple of questions that were discussed over the phone with the supervisor, such as the exact material to use to reset the bricks in the driveway and how much of the pool seams were included in the quote. I was very happy with everything they did, particularly the seams around the pool. It was a lot of work to take the old, failing material out and put the new, flexible material in. They were there about 3 days with a crew of 3 or 4 guys. They also did a nice job replacing the concrete around the outdoor faucet. However, regarding the bricks in the driveway -- over the winter months, the concrete around the bricks has crumbled and looks like it will be getting worse. Don't know what to say about this. Maybe it was not something that could be repaired without redoing the whole driveway -- maybe they should have used the flexible grouting that they used around the pool??? A separate crew was supposed to come out and recaulk my outside windows for a quoted price. They called and cancelled the first scheduled date and said they had another job that was running overtime. Then they never showed up on the rescheduled time. I called to follow up but never heard anything. Since I had not paid them for this job, I just gave up. My windows still need to be caulked!!

He never showed and I had to get a refund. I would call and never get any response.

The two workmen arrived on schedule. After discussion, we decided that the stairs they brought would not be the best fit for my attic, so they left to get the proper replacement stairs. Upon their return, the new stairs were installed within two hours. I am pleased with the quality of the stairs and the work that was done. The workers were professional and courteous. Tracy, the owner, called later to verify that I was pleased with the results.

I DID NOT USE THEM.... CANCELLED THE PURCHASE THIS IS THE 15TH TIME I HAVE TOLD YOU THIS. PLEASE QUIT SENDING EMAILS ABOUT THEM.

Be up front, Don"t leave people hanging If you can"t or won"t come call and let the person know so they can go to plan B I waited and waited thinking the guy was very busy and popular.Only to find out he just was not ever going to call me or make an effort. I was very happy to get a full refund back fron Angie list I wanted to have his service put in two ceiling fans. He had offered a great price too good to be true.

The workers were incredibly detailed. They did an excellent job.
