They came in and said they can’t find the switch so they were going to put in a pull chain but in a couple of months, it broke, so I was without the light. They tried to address the issue but they didn’t address it appropriately, because they did the other things that were necessary to do that I had on my list of things. I had three things on priority basis on my list and they were able to do two things but the priority for me was that the pantry light. The pantry was always dark and I had to use the flashlight when I had to get stuff from the back corners to make sure that I was pulling out the right thing. So overall, other than that issue, they were professional, they addressed everything but one of the remedies was not sustained. That was my only issue because the pantry was pretty important to me. The $99 deal was good but it just depends on how much work one can get done, but for two hours of work, it was pretty cool. I know exactly where their office is at, I know that they have been here for quite long and so I would use them again.

Replacing rotted wood and painting went quite well. The man that rebuilt the chimney did an excellent job. The work was done in a timely manner. However, the gutters do not drain, running over in many low places and attracting mosquitoes in the stagnant water. Our payment made the first of April included the chimney cap valued at $450 but it has not been installed as of 11/8/2013. We have sent numerous emails and contacts with the contractor but nothing has been done yet. He scheduled to meet with us regarding the problems of the gutters and chimney cap but did not show up or respond. We asked for a refund of $450 but have not heard from him.

The service went really good. They were great. I liked that they were prompt. They never left a mess. I added some wiring that had to be brought down from the attic into the walls. It could have been messy, but once they were done, you never know it is in there. I think I went over the big deal by another hundred or a hundred and quarter maybe.

I had to be on top of them all the time. I didn't feel comfortable with what they did and I would never hire them again. I was in touch with them immediately after I bought the deal. The service was great. I feel that you have to start to actually put down some money and you have to have the room ready before you start using their service. But their pre-project service was great. They were extremely attentive. They were answering all my questions. We were chatting probably almost a couple of hours. It was a very good starting relationship with them. I can see using their services again because they seem to be extremely professional. The quality of the services they provided to me was great. They were extremely kind but they don't have the skills to do a clean, neat job.

An employee of the contractor came out to look at my house, reviewed all the projects and, several days later, sent me a quote for $4500 with a line that said "Less $999 for Angie's List coupon." I was very confused. What I paid for with the Angie's List deal was "24 hours of labor" and so I expected an hourly quote for the projects. I had planned to have them do the drainage project and then apply the remaining hours to other projects. I told the guy this but even after several discussions they still refused to quote the project that way. In addition, they quoted more than $3000 for the drainage project. In my opinion it was *maybe* 8 hours work max. When I questioned this quote, the owner said he'd have to come out and look at it. When he did, he said he couldn't tell how long it would take until some of his guys started on it. Seemed odd that a contractor couldn't quote a number of hours on a project that he was standing there looking at. So basically he refused to bid on the drainage project seemed reluctant to undertake it at all, even though it only required some simple digging and removal of concrete. Again...maybe 8 hours max. I could have done it myself if it weren't for back issues. While he was there, the owner suggested remodeling my entire master bath instead of just the repair work I had planned. I was happy to have him quote that for future consideration, but at this point was only looking to have them work the hours I had already paid for. He also said I needed to upgrade my breaker box before they would do any interior work. I knew this needed to be done but hadn't planned it immediately. I waited a couple of weeks for the bathroom quote and never got it. When I called the employee, it appeared he was no longer with the company. Left a message and sent an email to the company and neither was answered. It took several more calls but when I finally got in touch with the owner, he didn't know who I was and mixed me up with another customer. Once he figured out who I was, he said they could probably do just the drainage project for the value of the coupon. So basically he was saying it would take one guy three full days to do some minor digging and concrete removal. At this point it was three months after my initial contact with them and I was just sick of the lack of professionalism. I just wanted to get the value of the money I had spent out of this deal. My guess is that he had sold several of these Angie's List coupons and realized quickly that the only way he'd avoid a loss was to sell a bunch of additional remodeling work to those customers. Hence his refusal to quote a job based on hours. I finally ended up having the contractor send out an electrical subcontractor to replace my electrical panel. They charged $1800 and I paid them $800 and they got the rest from the contractor. Not at all what I had in mind for this deal when I first bought it. Overall, there was just a huge lack of professionalism and communication. I would not recommend them. I will also be *very wary* of any future Angie's List deals that involve a large number of bundled hours. It's just way too easy for a contractor to fudge a quote so that the number of hours comes out in their favor.

I contacted them, describing the problem. They told me that they were not able to perform the task but quickly refunded the cost I paid for the deal. Seem to be an honest business.

No response. I called him four times and one time it said that the mailbox was full and the other times it would just ring and ring. As I could not reach him by phone, I sent him an email, but never heard back from that either.

Increased lighting in a walk in attic on second floor. Two men for 4 hours for $99 however our bill was approximately $225. They did a great job however not sure about the efficiency of having 2 men on this particular job. The total cost was not a deal because of this.

They were excellent. I would recommend them.

Great deal. Had technician change a fan in a bathroom. He did a great job. Would use this provider again.

Actually, I was not pleased with that because I thought like I had been misled with the deal. It stated it was two hours of work and it ended up being two people that did one hour each and one of them was electrician and the other one was a man and they were able to do the work they need to have done so I ended up paying for three hours of work I got two hours yet and it needed another hour to finish the work. I would not use them again.

They did a sloppy job and the man who came out to give me an estimate was not one of the painters. We had a rotten peice of wood on the house that they said they would replace but the workers who painted never replaced it. They did a messy job and I had the boss come out before I paid them, he came out and they touched up the places that they had messed up. The boss took the price of replacing the wood that they didn't replace off of the bill for me. I was satisfied with the work and got a really good price.

I am still repairing faults in the work. The job was not completed with attention to detail. However, the biggest problem is that Tracy did not pay his sub-contractors even after I paid him in full as agreed. For example, his plumber threatened a lien on my property. To avoid a lien as a result of the legitimate claim, I paid the plumbing bill directly. However, I had already paid the entire bill to Tracy who failed to pay his subs. Tracey said he would reimburse me for the payment to the plumber, but Tracy's payment to me bounced. He kept on making promises to pay, but never did. I suggest you avoid business dealings with Tracy Elmore and/or All Trade Pros.

They came out after I purchased the "Big Deal' and they did the work okay but they were scheduled on a Saturday and one guy came and he didn't know what he was going to do and another guy came and then they call the owner and then they send some more people. The first guy is rough since he couldn't speak English and then another guy came. It was a bunch of different people. The did the job and it looks fine but it was just crazy.

It was just fine. They were very helpful and did a very good job. They're very professional and went above and beyond.

It was fine. It worked out pretty well. The quality of the work was okay. I had to point out a few things to correct but overall, it's not bad. They did what I asked them to do. They asked for more money because it was gonna require taller ladders than they normal have. They seemed fine and gentle. I have no issues with them.

It worked out well. They were courteous and professional. I did spend additional money since some of our bricks were cracked and could not be used.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and I think they did a good job.

The install was finished on time, but the installer did not clean up after himself. This was an Angie's List "Big Deal". Had to come behind and reinstall one of the fixtures.

This was provided by a subcontractor. The deal was in my opinion mis-represented and improperly quoted. When I get a quote from a provider, I expet it to include everything and for one to stand by it. I made the mistake of not getting a detailed quote in writing. I ended up having to pay additional funds.

I suspect that this company was overrun with work from the special they ran. It was difficult to get the work scheduled and an estimate. It didn't help that my own calendar was challenging but they re-scheduled several times. If I didn't work out of a home office, I would have been extremely displeased. The quality of the work was great and the workers were very polite and accommodating. Despite the scheduling challenge I would consider using them again.

All Trade Pros worked out okay. I only spent for the big deal purchase.

I paid more than I expected for All Trade Pros services. Everything went fine except for the upcharge. When I called them they couldn't get to me right away.

It took MONTHS to schedule them to come out for an Angie's list special. I emailed and called multiple times (half of which they didn't respond.) When they finally came out they were late. The guy did a fairly good job, but recommended further work. They were supposed to come out and give me a bid. They never did. Just as well. I will NEVER have them out again.
