Wow, the quality of work was ok, but this experience has been a nightmare. I had to literally beg them to complete the job. The owner doesn't want to send his guys to finish a job once they have left the jobs it's. For a company that had been in business so long, I would expect better service.

I felt he followed through on what he said he would do.

We had no idea what questions to ask when we scheduled an appointment with Richard. He arrived on time and never made us feel rushed. Once we received the very reasonable estimate, we scheduled our start date. The painters arrived on time. Richard walked through the house and marked paint colors for all rooms and the work began. 3 guys moved and covered the furniture, painted the rooms, baseboards, doors and ceilings. They were completed in 2 days. We were so happy with the work, we will use Richard and his guys to paint the exterior of our house, as well.

This company did a very professional job, the crew was very courteous, and he did it at a price we considered to be very fair...quite a bit below other estimates. We will definitely use Richard with Protect Painters in the future and will recommend him to others.

We were prepared to have the first floor of our home painted, but were put in a very difficult situation by another painter. We had all the furniture moved away from the walls, removed all pictures, switch and outlet covers, etc., then the other painters told us that they weren't going to do the job and almost ran off with my down payment. Our house was in an unlivable condition, and I needed a new painter fast. I called ProTect on a Monday afternoon, and Richard came to quote the job the next morning. I was afraid that he would take advantage of our situation by inflating the price, but he proved to be quite the reasonable, friendly, and professional gentleman. He thoroughly measured our rooms, tallied the results on his tablet computer, and I braced myself for the number. I was shocked when he told me it was a mere 60% of other quotes I had received, that it would only take two days, and that his crew will start tomorrow. His crew of four showed up on-time the next morning and began the covering of furniture, taping, and cutting in with brushes. They worked together like a well-oiled machine - everyone knowing their role, and never was anyone standing around wondering what to do. They also had no problems helping me with the removal and replacement of items that I could not do - such as large wall-mounted TVs and some sculptures - which, as far as I'm concerned, is beyond their scope of work. As promised, they wrapped up the work in two days. With a smile on my face, I tipped the crew and shared a beer with them all. Not only would I recommend them, they will certainly be getting a call from us when we get the second floor painted.

Richard and his team made this a painless project. I have had a lot of work done to my house and this was by far the easiest project. Workers were on time, did excellent work. Richard inspected and confirm that I was happen with the results. Work was completed ahead of schedule and not a penny above the agreed price. I would definitely use Protect Painters again and recommend them to family and friends. Very professional and dependable.

I would recommend Richard and Team Dago in a heart beat! They did everything they said they would, on time, actually EARLY, did it very well. Richard was soooo helpful. He walked me thru everything I would need to know then some. I had not done this before so there were many, many questions. He wasn't just about selling the job but educating the home owner. Team Dago was kind to my home, cleaned up after themselves, double/triple checked everything and worked very hard! Seriously NW Houston, you can't get any better than ProTect Painter and Richard!

This has been one of the best experiences in hiring a contractor I have had. Protect Painters is the best! I took my time finding someone who would do an excellent job on my house. They gave me a better than fair price that I was happy with. They were professional and clean and they worked hard and did a great job. Mr. Rhodes came out and gave me a quote. He took his time assessing my house and what it would need to reach my goal of having the nicest house on the street. Now that the job is over I have the nicest looking house on the street and probably the whole neighborhood. I wish I could post before and after pictures. After the painters were done they took me around and walked the house with me and addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. I feel like I have a new house. It looks beautiful. When you hire Protect Painters they work for you and with you. I was pleased with how good a job they did. I would definitely hire them again. They cleaned up their work and left my house looking beautiful. What you get when you hire Protect Painters is excellent high quality work. They use the best paints and take extra care to make everything come out the way you want it. I told Mr.Rhodes my goal was to have the best looking house on the street and he told me his goal was to make sure I got what I wanted and was happy and he came through at a better than decent price. This company really knows their business and Mr. Rhodes is a great guy and very friendly and helpful. If you want it done right and at a fair price go with Protect Painters.

Richard was fabulous to work with. He answered all of my questions (which were many) and even came over to put up samples to help me choose my colors. Jose and the team of painters were very professional and were also great to work with. The team really catered to my every request and made it very apparent that my satisfaction was the top priority. Overall the experience with ProTect Painters was great! The finished product looks top notch and it really transformed the look of my house! On top of that, the price was very fair and by far the best quote I received.

Excellent quality work great customer service exceeded my expectations would definitely recommend them to everyone. I would use them again to paint the interior of my house. Quality Workmanship!!
