He's wonderful! I say with him because it's easy to schedule appointments, he's very personable and it's easy to talk to him. He was also good with my mother-in-law, which was very important to me. I'll definitely be staying with him.

I have been a patient at HSE for about 5 years. I have never seen any of the doctors. I see PA Lindsey Havel. I can not say enough good things about her. Friendly. and Patient. She has been treating me for hypothyroidism and high cholesterol. She is very willing to discuss and adjust medication dosages till they are a personal fit. When she was on maternity leave I postponed my yearly well check up till she returned. Exam rooms are large and clean. There are two waiting areas. Comfortable chairs and televisions. Four years ago there was a problem with rude office staff. That is no longer the case. Those people have been replaced with wonderful helpful people. Lab on premises is great. This practice uses North Cypress Medical Center. Excellent hospital.

He's a great doctor, good listener and he's got a very nice staff. I get prompt test results and I would recommend the doctor. They're in the neighborhood; they have a full service lab there. You can get an appointment there really fair and quickly. He's usually pretty much on time with his appointment. I've been seeing him for about two years now and definitely, he's my established internist.

He's very kind, compassionate and caring. He finds time to talk with you and explain things on what problems you have and what can you do about them and have also the thing that you were doing right. The staff is also good, I like them.

We recently relocated to Cypress, TX from Lexington, KY (never doing that again) and were referred to Dr. Perossa. This man is not only racist but has the bedside manner and communication skills of a tic tac. My initial appointment with Dr. Perossa proved to be futile at best because instead of showing any genuine concern for my care or well being, there was the constant attack of my personal choices and career path. This man does not know what it takes to provide for my family so I will choose to take me and my government employee insurance elsewhere. He really should have his license revoked for the manner in which he treats his patients. My appointment was at 11 for a simple blood draw analysis and I'm just getting back to a room and it is now almost 1 pm. They will not EVER have to worry with me or my need for service EVER again.

My only gripe os his offices policies. The front desk people are not customer friendly.

This practice should get an A or a B+ at the least. But, the office staff is the worst ever. My family has been under the care of all three doctors for seven years and they are great. Last fall, my back was hurting resulting from an old injury. When I am in pain, my blood pressure goes up. After two weeks, I made an appointment and was able to get in to see the physician's assistant fairly quickly. Her concern was for my blood pressure and not my back. She insisted that I make another appointment for a physical. I had an appointment scheduled for my well-woman in two weeks but she said the two appointments could not be combined and I needed to have the physical right away. During the physical, many tests were ordered. The problem with my back was waived off as just sciatica. The Well Woman exam was one week after the physical and more tests were run. All of the previous tests came back as normal with the exception of my cholesterol. After these appointments, I began getting the bills from the lab and HSE. Insurance was not covering any of the blood work because that type of blood work is only requested if medically necessary and the doctors office coded it as routine. The lab could not make any changes to what the office put down for a code. The office DOES NOT CHANGE CODES. PERIOD. Even if they are grossly wrong. Please remember that if you are ever a patient there. Don't let them do anything without finding out what code they will use first. The two doctor's office visits and the lab work cost me $1600 out of pocket. Yea for my deductible but being that it was at the end of the year that was useless. The office staff was horrible. The person in charge of the coding told me she couldn't see what they sent to the lab as far as coding so I needed to bring my lab bill in to the office for her to see. I drove over from Katy only to be told that I couldn't see that person but the appointment person could look it up for me. She sat at her computer at the front desk and looked up my account but the other girl needed me to drive over from Katy??? It was just plain ugly in there. When I could finally get the coding girl on the phone, she hung up on me. On purpose. Just rude! Nothing was resolved and I had to pay out of pocket. As for my back? I ended up in the emergency room. They were wonderful. An MRI was scheduled and I was put in touch with a wonderful specialist right away. It was much more serious than just sciatica but thankfully we are on a course to get that resolved.

They were great. We really liked them. We got to choose our doctor even though there were three.

It went pretty well for general illness like sinus infection and flu. Dr. Ermac did a fine job with that, but his staff is sometimes less than professional grade. For example, his office called to tell me my cholesteral results (which were high). When I asked the "nurse" what the normal range was for LDL she said she didn't know and didn't even offer to find out and call me back. The last straw with his office was when the nurse practioner saw me for blacking out while driving - she consulted Dr. Ermac and a stat MRI was ordered. I went to the hospital and had it done on a Wednesday evening - had to pay my deductible since it was at a hospital. I waited until noon on Thursday to call them. They called me back and said they had the results which Dr. Ermac had to review and they would call me back. They didn't call me back that day. I called them again on Friday and they said they would call me back with the results. After 2:00pm I called again(I didn't want to wait over the weekend for the results and was afraid to drive), they then told me the had received a blank report and had to call the hospital to resend it. They didn't call me on Friday. ...so I called them on Monday...because they didn't call me. I didn't talk to Dr. Ermac or the nurse practicioner...a nurse gave me the results. Considering they were ruling out a brain tumor, they treated me pretty shabbily. If they weren't that concerned about it why did they order it stat? I could have saved $1000 doing it on Thursday at an area MRI imaging place. I felt they really didn't care about my health or mental well being concerning the blacking out. What is concerning is that it just wasn't one person in the office who didn't follow through, it was several including the doctor. The doctor sets the professional tone in the office. After this incident it was clear what kind of doctor he was. They never apologized and I have never been back.

He's excellent. He never makes me feel like I'm rushed. He is able to answer all my questions. He's good with my children. We try to turn to alternative medicine and he's respectful of that. He's able to see us usually within fifteen minutes of the time of our appointment.

This Dr. listens well. The Physicians Assistant I saw one day noticed my heart was beating too fast and she told the Dr. The Dr. got me to the hospital and I had to have surgery and they saved me with a procedure and I am well today. They took care of the fast heartbeat. I need another procedure and will get that taken care of.
