Elite Custom Creations

I was told work would take 5 days. It took 3 weeks to complete. I was told floor was hard and durable. Within 6months it bubbled up all over the surface of the floors and the slightest chair drag causes scratches that don't come out. The website for Elite Crete says their products are harder and more scratch resistant than hardwood flooring. The contractor said he would come out to look, but didn't keep 2 appts made. He said he "thought it sounded like moisture", but piercing any bubbles does not show any moisture. His assistant/helper showed up in a t-shirt that had a rooster on it with the caption "FREE C*** RIDES". I was creeped out and didn't want my 2 teenage daughters at the house when he was there. The contractor did notice it, but only had him wear another shirt the next day. He could have turned his shirt inside out - or better yet - NOT WEAR that type of clothing to a job. This contractor and the regional office for the products he used STILL have not come out to my house to see what the floors look like. When I called them (I also called the Regional Director of Elite Crete product) they just go around in circles trying to find reasons it's MY fault. i.e: moisture under the slab, plumbing problems, bad slab, etc. We have no plumbing in any of the walls for these 2 rooms.
