 + -1 moreEverything went fine. Dropped my truck off 10:00 am on Tuesday, picked it up noon the next day. Jamie was very informative on the phone while I was making the appointment asking me questions and answering mine. I received a call about 4 hours after drop off informing me of what issues had been found and the actions to correct them were. Truck was ready at the time promised and I was given the faulty parts that were replaced.
Description of Work: Test and replace faulty ignition coils. Replace spark plugs. Replace serpentine belt and idler pulley.

Description of Work: they did an A/C retro on my older car. leaked after a few days. called and replaced bad o-ring and recharged Freon and did not bill me. had a front wheel drive seal go bad a few days after install, replaced with new and did not charge the labor or part to fix b/c it was still under their warranty. I have used them from a new engine install to as little as an inspection sticker. I have had small things happen, like a worm clamp was not tighten, made a comment about it and have not seen that again. Jamie does not over sell you on anything. either you need it or not. |

Description of Work: THEY HAD TO REPLACE A VALVE IN THE ENGINE THAT MIXES THE AIR AND FUEL .DON'T REMEMBER THE EXACT NAME OF THE PART. We get a detailed sheet describeing what was done and what might be needed in the future, if anything. We call before going over because they are very busy. There are times we have to make an appointment for the next week and we gladly wait when possible.
Description of Work: Front left has whining sound at wheel. Left the car with them at 8:00 AM and picked up at 2:30PM. I was told that they would look to see what the problem was and would call us about the repairs and cost be starting. They called and 9:00 AM and gave me the information and I told them to go ahead and fix the problem...wheel bearings.

They kept me abreast of everything they were doing,what they found wrong,how they were going to fix the problems,and gave me an estimate cost for the work. They started and finished within the time frame they gave me,and stayed on target with the cost.They gave me a printout of all the work they did plus the cost of each repair. I found them to be very honest and reliable.
Description of Work: replaced air management hose,installed new plug wires,installed manifold plenum set,replaced fuel pressure regulator,installed new double platinum plugs,installed modulator,and a used injector.Also,performed ignition tune up,replaced air intake hose,did diagnostic scan.
