About us
We are family owned and operated.All of our technicians take part in after hours training approximately every other month. All of our technicians attend these classes even though they are optional to sharpen their skills. We attend 2 night training sessions lasting 4 hrs each night. This enables us to see the latest systems that are available and to help us narrow in on the most difficult problems out there.Currently 2 of our technicians are ASE Master Certified.

Everything went fine. Dropped my truck off 10:00 am on Tuesday, picked it up noon the next day. Jamie was very informative on the phone while I was making the appointment asking me questions and answering mine. I received a call about 4 hours after drop off informing me of what issues had been found and the actions to correct them were. Truck was ready at the time promised and I was given the faulty parts that were replaced.

They overcharged on my vehicle. When I went to another shop, they had to go back and fix Pro Automotive's work.

"looked up this customers account, this customer has been to our facility two total visits, both in 2010 and neither were for air conditioning work, first visit for a missing bolt in alternator and state inspection, second visit for diagnostics to which no repairs were performed. their review is totally made up as we have never performed any air conditioning services to any of this customers vehicles and as stated hasnt been in our facility in over 4 years. some of these reviews should be verified using an original invoice ect to verify false reviews. secondly if anyone has ever had an issue with our work we always make it right, and the reason they didnt try to get it corrected as it was never in our facility."

THEY DID A COMPUTER SCAN,AND FOUND THE PART THAT WAS CAUSING THE PROBLEM. THEY WORKED ON MY CAR FOR TWO DAYS AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AT A REASONABLE COST. I HAVE DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY PRIOR TO THIS SERVICE AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL.

MY CAR WAS STALLING AND RUNNING VERY ROUGH SO I CALLED TO SEE IF I COULD BRING MY CAR IN TO GET IT SERVICED.I WAS TOLD I COULD BRING IT IN BUT IT MIGHT BE UNTIL THE NEXT DAY BEFORE THEY COULD LOOK AT IT.THEY CHECKED IT OUT THE FOLLOWING DAY,AND FOUND THE PROBLEM,GAVE ME A CALL WITH THE FINDINGS,COST,ETC. BY THAT EVENING MY CAR WAS FIXED AND RUNNING NICELY. PRO MUFFLER DID A GREAT JOB.

We have used Pro Automotive and they earned our business with honesty and professionalism. We get a detailed sheet describeing what was done and what might be needed in the future, if anything. We call before going over because they are very busy. There are times we have to make an appointment for the next week and we gladly wait when possible.

took car in at 7:30, talked to service personal and recieved and price on repair and time completion. Call to say they need to replace part on in original quote. Gave them permission and had truck back by 3:00.

I am very satisfied with the service from this company. They kept me abreast of everything they were doing,what they found wrong,how they were going to fix the problems,and gave me an estimate cost for the work. They started and finished within the time frame they gave me,and stayed on target with the cost.They gave me a printout of all the work they did plus the cost of each repair. I found them to be very honest and reliable.
