He knew exactly what the issue was. He replaced a chain that was broken. He did a fine job. He was in and out within thirty minutes. He did a perfect job.

I purchased the big deal and it went well. They did a great job. They honored the $39 big deal price. Their service was good and the guys were friendly. They took care of business. One of them left, picked up a part and came back. It was all done in a very short period of time. Price was reasonable.

I was really pleased with the service I received, same day I called. I was looking through the garage door reveiws when I came up on Lake Woodlands Garage Door and saw same day service for broken springs, that's a real grabber if you want your motorcycle out of the garage. I saw all the "A" ratings and gave them a call. I was told to expect someone from 1pm to 3 pm. They arrived at 2:45 pm. which I thought was neat. He found a broken hinge as well as the main spring. He fixed everything and oiled everything, I didn't know how quiet my garage door could be....amazing. I thought the price was very fair, and I will use them in the future. Good job guys!

I called and received an appointment the same day. The technician called ahead and arrived on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable of garage doors. He assessed the condition of our door and made the requested adjustments. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. I am very pleased by how smoothly everything went with this transaction. It was refreshing to work with a customer service-oriented company that does a great job for a good price! Thank you so much.

Our experience turned a nightmare into a dream. I had used them once before when my garage door opener broke. Brin was fast and gave me a great price due to Angies List. Today, our springs broke (with a bang). Our car was in the garage at the time. Scott was at our house within the hour. Within the next hour the garage door was working like new and we were rescued. I can't say it enough. This company is awesome and they do a great job.

I checked Angie's List for list of contractors that install garage door openers, and chose this one as it had an A rating. Called about noon, pleasantly surprised that he could schedule to come out between 4 and 6 that evening. He quoted a price over the phone. He came out at 4 PM and took about 1.5 hours to replace the current garage door opener. He recommended changing the rollers on the garage door to make the door even more quiet and discounted it because he was installing the opener. Very professional and courteous. Discussed options and advantages of different openers. Very pleased with the results. Would recommend to anyone.

Called around midday to see if they could get to me in the next few days and Brin and was scheduled between 2-4 that same day. They showed up around 2:30, gave me prices and set to work. Will definitely use them in the future for any other work on my garage doors should the need arise.

While laying in bed Friday morning I heard a big boom. Walked out to survey the situation but did not see anything. As I tried to open the garage so we could leave the door would not open. Looked up and saw a broken spring, there was my big boom. After several hours of looking for a place to get a spring so I could fix it, I decided to just call someone. I talked to a very nice lady who gave me the price over the phone and gave me a window of time. The window of time was a little bigger than would work for me but very reasonable. (just could not get someone home by then) She adjusted to make it work for me, THANK YOU! I was not home during the service but my wife was and said he was very nice. He arrived on time and completed the repairs. We will surely use them again.

When we final got home late in the night, I was stressed and felt like "I had been run over". Knowing the next day was going to be a long day, and the garage door was going to be a priority. I went on the net and signed in to Angie's list. I had had enough for one day. So true to form logged in, putdown garage door, and up comes a list of companies that have numerous positive reviews. (Sorry Angie), to tired to sit an look at reviews, (please take that as a compliment). Selected Lake Woodlands Garage Co. in Conroe, Tx. I called them the next morning. Started describing my problem to "Brent", he said no exactly the problem I had and was appeared to be a big mess to me. I was extremely pleased that he set up and appointment in a few hours of my call. Scott, arrived surveyed the "mess" and advised me of what was damaged and the repairs needed. As he re-hung the door, re-connected the pulley cable on the left side, replaced at (my request all the rollers). He opened the power unit for the door and showed me the damage to a main gear. He said he can change out tis component. We discussed this being a 17 year old unit. I finally made the decision to replace the unit. He called Brent, he brought the unit over and it was installed. That door opening and closing is a soft whisper, now We have a 2 door garage. Since I have Scott here and he has the parts and equipment to go through the other unit and inspect and adjust the entire set up, I had him inspect and tune it. He also replaced all the rollers for that door. Again, Great job and I now have two whisper quiet garage doors.

They have a customer service approach and a fair pricing philosophy which is excellent -- and very hard to find these days. I definitely recommend them!!!

Every aspect of this went well: quick contact after initial purchase online; initial appointment on one of my earliest requested times, short time to second appointment, good product, reasonable price, and a few extras done to my garage door system for my safety, no charge. Brin and his partner were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and skilled at their work. They called ahead of time, as I requested, accommodating my work schedule in a very satisfactory way. Brin's wife, Jackie, was very helpful with the scheduling, and very responsive to my e-mails. Pleasant experience on that side of the business also. Will definitely recommend this business, and would use them again in a heartbeat!

They were able to come out quickly after I called for scheduling. The door was not opening or closing and they completed the repair. They were punctual to the appointment and completed the job quickly. Everything is fine and it is now even quieter than it was before.

Made the appointment online for my rental properties. Took a couple of days to schedule with the tenant, but showed up on the correct day. Used the discount coupon and was called for the additional cost of the repair. Only $80 so I felt like they did the minimum necessary to make the repair, but not overcharge. Repairman on phone quite professional.

Went great! He was on time, quickly identified the issue, performed the necessary adjustments... and best of all... NO UP-SELL! He was very professional and direct... I would be happy to request his services again, if needed.

Scheduled on line and it went well. Showed up on time ... FYI, they did not call ahead, but they did arrive per our agreed time frame. He showed me a couple things that were incorrect on the garage install and repaired. The wheels were squeaking and a couple were rusty so he suggested replacement for cost of parts. the labor was included in the tune-up price. He made the two adjustments to make the door operation more efficient and replaced the wheels. The door works great and is a lot quieter. The garage tune-up was a great value. The wheel cost was high. You can get #11 or # 13 nylon wheels from Amazon for under $25.

Lake Woodlands Garage Door was contacted through Angie's List. Purchased the Angie's list package $39.00 for inspection and estimate for repairs. Received email next day (purchased online on Sunday) with appointment time options for Tuesday appointment. They advertised contact within 48 hours. They contacted me, set appointment. and completed repairs within the 48 hour window. Contractor was on time and completed repairs in less than 1 hour. It was not a push sales job, just the facts of what needed to be done and how to maintain the door so it does not go off track again. This amount of the inspection package was taken off the total of $229.00 when service was performed.

Everything from the initial contact through the final work being completed was done so quickly and professionally. I had a problem with the door that turns out was not covered under the preventative maintenance agreement I purchased initially. Since my door had jumped the track, it caused a number of issues that needed to be addressed. But since I was unaware that it was not covered, they were kind enough to do the needed repairs at a greatly reduced price. We discussed what had caused the problem, and they put in place a fix that would prevent this accidentally happening again. I would definitely use Lake Woodlands Garage Door again, and highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for garage door service. And don't wait until you need service to have your door inspected and maintained!

Fantastic job by Scott! He was punctual, friendly and very professional. He even went the extra mile to program my car to the garage door. My door is now much quieter and doesn't slam down on the ground when it closes. I will definitely contact Lake Woodlands Garage Door when it is time to up-grade!

I have to say I called around to several companies on Angie's List that were "A" Rated, located in my area and that had SEVERAL reviews. Upon calling many of them I had to leave several messages, I spoke with people who were not very courteous, didn't sale the part I needed (which they did, because I did my research) and some which didn't get back to you until a few days later. Ughhhhhh Upon my FIRST call to Lake Woodlands Garage Door, the phone was answered immediately by Jackie (wife) who was as pleasant and knowledgeable as you can get. There were just a couple of questions she wasn't quite sure about so she provided Brin's (husband) number to get more specific questions answered. He answered promptly as well. We spoke; he answered all my questions and made some suggestions but was never a pushy salesman type. He let me decide the route I wanted to take. I decided to purchase a brand new Chamberlain / Liftmaster belt unit with 3 openers, and new rollers. We scheduled a time, I asked if he could call me when he was on his way (to make sure I was up) he did and showed up promptly at 8:15 am. He was so courteous during the entire job and never once got annoyed at my many, MANY questions about how everything works, what?s that and such. I love tinkering and figuring out how things work. LOL I am SO VERY PLEASED I found them. I am now the happy owner of a VERY QUIET belt garage door opener that even enables me to open it up without my teenage daughter hearing me come in. Ha ha ha An extra plus was I always prefer to support a family owned business, with good Christian people, who are professional, yet personable, on time, good work ethics and who know what they are doing!! They were very prompt and professional, from the phone call to schedule an appointment to the finished project. Very efficient and knowledgeable.
