Called in afternoon. Ben arrived next morning, identified and repaired quickly. I have used many plumbing services thru the years and this young man is very polite and professional. When I need plumbing services I will call JD Precision Plumbing and ask for Ben Dawson

Technician located cracked water supply pipe, replaced it and inspected for other potential problems. He had to crawl under a muddy house to repair and inspect. It was a bit pricey as there was a $100 up charge for a weekend call-out, but the response was within a couple of hours on a Saturday morning.

We had some scheduling/communication issues but the work was good. The pricing is not great but the work performed was good.

Very well. Ben was professional and excellent in his work. He went above and beyond to see that we had the best hot water heater installed. We followed his advice and are very happy with the results.

He came out to look at the stuff and he doesn't have the part and that's all fine and good so we rescheduled it for the next day and so he didn't have the part but he went to the parts house the next day and the main thing is they kept us waiting, they wasted two days and then came out the third day so you could say they wasted three days for just quite frankly simple things like checking to see if the parts were gonna be available, checking to see or getting the parts before they schedule everything. Mainly for wasting three days for a simple job. And then on the other one he didn't even fix the drain, the overflow drain still leaked so they obviously didn't test it before they left because all it took was my daughter to take a bath and it was still leaking, so they only fixed half the problem.

The first person they sent did very poor work so they sent new workers out to redo his work. The new workers that came out were very nice and wanted to do good work but it just seemed like they were either inexperienced or poorly trained so they did not do everything quite right either. I would hire them again but only if I could be there to watch over their work to make sure they do not make any major mistakes.

After calling a few plumbers to find out they didn't work on Sunday or advertised they didn't but didn't return my call, I got ahold of JD Precision. The answering service was professional and friendly. I was transferred directly to a technician who informed me when he would arrive. He was on schedule and the repair was completed the same day. I would definitely use them again.

They were prompt, courteous, and recommended a good long term solution rather than just replacing the original poorly specified unit. I would definitely hire them again.

While the above evaluation is just somewhat impressive, the actual details of the work JD Precision Plumbing Services (PPS) performed under the bad conditions the area was experiencing was extremely impressive. Through their actions I ended up saving about $450 of what I could have been charged. An unusual hard freeze occurred in the area that caused a massive number of incidents requiring plumbing repairs. It happened on a Friday night thus requiring most repairs to be completed during the weekend. Not only does (PPS), provide 24/7 service which typically requires one plumber for weekend emergencies, they mobilized their entire organization because of this unusual demand. This is impressive. PPS utilizes plumbers to initially talk with their clients directly to best determine what work is required and how long it will take before they schedule the work. Even though I was undoubtedly one of the very last people required to request service (around noon), a plumber called me back within about 4 hours. Despite their massive backlog of work, I felt this was extremely quick. One of the things that impressed me the most was that, through our discussion alone, he was able to correctly confirm my particular repair did not need immediate attention. This allowed me to save the $100 emergency service fee for emergency service. I was able to continue using my water supply. As such, I agreed to have them contact me on Monday to schedule the actual day and time to address my need. Despite not requiring weekend service, PPS called me on Sunday to schedule the work. An appointment was set up for Monday afternoon. PPS did not arrive when scheduled nor did they immediately call to stay late. However, since they had indicated they would do the work on Monday, they did do the work Monday night at their normal rate. This was absoletely above and beyond the service level I normally receive from service contractors. The most surprising thing PPS did was to use a repair kit, rather than replace, the back-flow preventer (BFP). This saved me about $350 versus installing a new BFP. I would have never thought such repair kits were even available for such a relatively small device. This was even more impressive when I learned that this unusually cold period had created a zero supply of all repair kits in the greater Houston area. PPS either already had purchased or was able to quickly get the number of kits they knew they would need.

Professional, excellent communication, will continue to use in the future.

Turned out a laundry drain was not covered in the "clogged drain" category since it was inside the house. Had to pay more which was not appreciated. Work was done satisfactory.

Was a good experience- previous quote from another company was 3-4times the price we paid with this business and it was done efficiently and professionally.

I thought they were a little expensive, but I had a leak. I asked for an estimate for the sink and they gave me an estimate of $600. I got another estimate from another provider for $250. The two gentlemen were really nice. I had a leak and they fixed it. I would use them again if they were not so expensive and it doesn't fit in my budget.

They were good. I wasn't here but my wife was here. She said they were very good. Everything works fine.

It has been pretty good. We've used them multiple times. The pricing was fine. They were nice and attentive. They were very knowledgeable. They were good. They left the area very clean. I've been using them for a couple of years.

Everything went well with the job and they gave me a quote for another job that I was considering having done. Their services are great but I just felt like the overall cost was a little more that I wanted to spend. I wouldn’t use them again because of the cost.

Great! Most plumbers in houston only want to install their brand that they buy.. using the warrantly excuse... because they make more $$! but JD knows this is BS and installs your hot water heater, saving you big $$. JD gives military discounts and that is very much appreciated in this Economy. Three guys came out, on time, covered their work shoes with booties, protected carpets , removed and installed hot water heater perfectly! JD precision also emailed me an advanced bio of the technician who was leading the job... a first ever! Excellent idea . Will use these guys again for sure!

They did a good job. They were a little expensive. I realize plumbers are expensive but it seemed like a lot for what they did.

That was fine. That I would use them again. I graded them an A overall because of the quality of the work and the money.
