I put in a request thru Angies List but no one from the company called me so i called them the next day and made the appointment. She was apologetic for the lack of response and they made up for it by emailing me a confirmation and sending me the name and Bio of the Tech that was going to be coming to my home. Loved that! Ben arrived on time, even called ahead and said what time he would be arriving. Got right to work, determined the problem and made the repair. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He checked on couple of other things for me and answered my questions. In short he was GREAT! Would definitely use this company again and request Ben as the tech. Love that you guys hire veterans too.

I was very happy with the job they did. what impressed me most was that the owner called me after the job and asked if he could come by and inspect the work. It was not to his standards so he had the workers come back and make some small improvements. This is the sign of people who care about doing quality work.

pulled out clean out on the outside of house and ran 75' snake line thur drain line to clear stoppage.

Went great, he made recommendations for a couple other items that we will address in the future. Initial price given was higher than other providers but service was very good. Ben did an excellent job and is a very knowledgeable plumber.

Courteous, professional. He also checked all sinks, tubs, showers, etc. I have recommended the company to a neighbor.

Service was very efficient. Serviceman also checked other plumbing connections as a courtesy. When checking the hot water heater in the attic, he found that the connection from my dryer had come loose resulting in piles of lint collecting near my furnace which could have easily caused a fire. He replaced the connection without charging me. Great service - definitely recommended.

We called them out to fix a toilet and Benjamin gave us a couple of options. In the meantime he politely offered to do a free home plumbing inspection. He pointed out a couple of opportunities throughout the house until he got to the attic and came across our 11 year old water heater. He called me to take a look and said that he wasn't trying to make sale, but he was very concerned about our water heater (rust, corrosion, leaks, etc). He suggested we could get 2-3 more quotes, but based on his honesty and integrity so far, we asked him to go ahead with the work. He picked up the new unit and then had another tech onsite within an hour to replace our dangerous water heater. Very impressed with care, professionalism, and price with JD Precision Plumbing!! Ben arrived as scheduled to service a leaky kitchen faucet. While talking about our general plumbing issues he asked if we had flushed our 2 year old tankless water heater. We had not been advised that this would be necessary by the builder's plumbing contractor. Ben took the time to educate us in the proper maintenance of the water heater and to tell us that the Moen fixtures installed in our home have a lifetime guarantee. He gave us the option of his company replacing the parts or contacting Moen for the free parts and shipping. He provided the contact details for Moen and encouraged my husband to install them. He completed the flushing process as well as offering to come back to install the part for the faucet if we encountered any issues. We will call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Technician arrived and assessed the problem. Apparently a problem with the design or installation of the septic system as the building was new in 2015. They ended up having to run a camera into the system and record the pipe flow and commentary on the system issues to provide to the contractor.

Great communicators, prompt and professional. Only drawbacks were toilets were upstairs and there was only one installer. He had to call I help n to take two existing ones downstairs. Also he did not have all equipment in his van which was needed for the job.

The plumber showed up on time, and after I showed him where I thought the leak was, he dug into the yard next to the house, being sure to save the sod so he could replace it later, and had to search around to finally find where the pipe had basically separated from the incoming line. He showed me what he had found before repairing it and told me what he was going to do to fix the problem. He then promptly got the new connection installed and cemented in place, filled in the hole and replaced the sod. All of this in about 2 hours. I was very pleased with their promptness, politeness and the quality of their work.

Technician arrived on time, ready to go. We had already cut out a portion of the ceiling below the leak, so he had easy access to the section of the pipe that was the problem. He identified the leak as a typical electrostatic issue in the copper pipe due to faulty joint sweating during the original build, then offered a quote for the repair. Without any delay, he was able to cut out the section of defective pipe and use a new type of locking compression fixture to repair it. He checked for leakage and cleaned up afterward. I have waited almost a year to post this review because I wasn't sure how the compression fixture was going to hold in the long run. It has held up perfectly - no problems. I will call them back for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Had leak from upstairs shower that was allowing water into my kitchen ceiling. He arrived three hours after the call, which was great. Charged me a one hundred dollar additional "emergency fee" Installed a standard shower repair cartridge, which stopped the leak, in 20 minutes. Would not provide a breakdown of parts and labor, when I pressed him he told m the cartridge was about twenty bucks, afterwards I found online for $12. Total time in house from diagnosis, repair and billing was 40 minutes. Hourly rate works to something over $700, assuming the hundred dollar emergency fee paid for his gas and time from Conroe to the Woodlands. Will never use again, the very definition of a contractor ripping off a homeowner who has no other options, he knew his fees were cheaper than the drywall repairs would be if I let him leave.

I had several problems for the plumber to address. He told me I had a Moen kitchen faucet and told me that Moen would replace it for me so we did not have to purchase the faucet. They fixed the drain for me on their first visit. I was replacing the tank to toilet gasket myself and it leaked. They told me that I had the wrong size gasket. While we were waiting for the faucet to arrive, I replaced the gasket in the toilet but had the wrong size again. When they came back to install the sink they brought the proper size gasket for me and installed it with no extra charge. They were professional and kept me updated as to when they would arrive. The original plumber had a simple job that became complex as he worked on it so they sent an alternate plumber for the second visit so that I wouldn't have to wait another day for the faucet to be replaced. I gave them a little lower rating for being late, but it was not a problem and I did not feel abandoned. This was the first time I had used them. I liked working with them and will give them a call the next time I need a plumber.

We were very pleased with the price and work performed by Bluewater plumbing. Will definitely use this company for any future plumbing issues.

I received call from my tenant with the complaint of a water leak from the water heater in the attic of my rental property. Since it wasn't an emergency I waited until morning to give JD Precision Plumbing a call. When I called, they were very helpful and courteous, and I was told someone could come at look at it that day. I made the phone call at 8 and was told someone could be by between 10 and 12. About an hour later, I received a phone call saying a plumber would be there in about 20 minutes. When I arrived at my rental property, Daniel was already present and had already completed an inspection. He was very knowledgeable; my tenant and I were informed that if he could get the part to my water heater, it could be repaired today. He left and was back in a little over an hour. I am very appreciative that he was able to get the new part and came back to replace the old one right away. I would definitely use JD Precision Plumbing again.

I received the same day service after calling JD Precision Plumbing Services in the morning. Both technicians were very professional and courteous. Donny explained the reason for our running toilet plus replaced the angle stop because of the age of the toilet. Our toilet was fixed in less than an hour. I would definitely contact JD Precision Plumbing Services again for plumbing problems or new installations.

I called and within 1 hour David arrived. He was very friendly, polite and seemed to know much about plumbing. He was respectful in putting booties on so as not to walk inside with his shoes on. He was also concerned about putting a towel down to protect the floor and not damage it. He cleaned out the water from cupboard and helped me throw the dirty water in toilet. He did an inspection around our home of all plumbing and water heaters. He also gave me advise on other issues and prices. The job went well and I will call him again in future . JD was very responsive to the emergency call after hours and the gentleman that showed up was great. He immediately stopped the leak and got our water back on within 30 minutes. He then explained what was going on. We had a leak in the faucet as well as the under the tub which would have created a major issue if it had continued. He also showed us that our hot water heater was over 12 years old and had not been maintained properly so it was in terrible shape. The next morning 2 plumbers showed up to finish the repair of the piping and to replace our hot water heater. Great job and very professional.

Unfortunately, we were put in a very difficult situation given our particular brand of water heater. All of the plumbers at JD Precision were both professional and personable. They worked with us on the price given we had to order the parts from the manufacturer and the faulty parts we picked up from Lowe's caused them to have to make four visits. I would recommend them to anyone. We plan to have some more work done through them in the future. My B rating on the responsiveness is due to calling and leaving a message on two occasions and not getting a response. I had to follow up with additional calls. Other than that, absolutely no complaints about the customer service or the quality of the work.

Everything went smoothly. Plumber arrived, replaced leaking valve, and I have had no problems since.
