Description of Work: Rekeyed two locks. Had to get one set of keys re-done because the two sets for the two separate locks looked alike. At first the dispatcher wanted an additional service fee to come out and re-do the keys, but then agreed to remedying the mistake with no additional fees.

Description of Work: We just bought a new home and the keys they handed us had a large one and a small one, so we thought the dead bolts were different keys than the other lock on the door knob. So instead of having 2 different keys we thought we would just get them rekeyed to have only one key to keep up with. So we purchased Michael's key coupon for 4 rekeys for 115.00. Well when we actually tried the keys today they were all the same. So we do not need them rekeyed.He was very kind in his dealings with me and was going to come rekey them at the end of this week.

Description of Work: They rekeyed the exterior doors on a house that we are selling. Considering that we are 1000 miles away, it went wonderfully well. The technician met with our realtor and she reported that he was extremely polite, neat, and punctual.

It is with deep regret that your experience with us was not a pleasant one. This is not a common occurrence for our customers. We have six full time dispatchers on staff so that customers can be assisted in a quick and efficient manner. The phones are directed to dispatch from 7am-7pm Monday through Friday and 9am-3pm on Saturday. The phones are automatically transferred to a night/weekend dispatcher for the evenings and weekends. We recently purchased a new phone system a few months ago. If you could give us the contact number you were having difficulty with, we will quickly address the issues related to that number. We receive emails through michaelskeys@sbcglobal.net and Angie's List. I have searched for your correspondence and was unsuccessful. We have an upstanding record with Angie's List and our regular customers. So, again we apologize for any inconvenience. Hopefully this resolved all your concerns and we can be of service to you in the future.
