Description of Work: Some tiny metal part broke in the doorknob making it impossible to open our back door. We have three dogs and really needed to open that door. While he didn't have the parts to repair it, he was able to replace it with another knob from our house. Very fast and very courteous. We will definitely use them again should the need arise.

He arrived right on time and repaired my old lock instead of charging me for a new lock. The price was very reasonable and I will always use Michael's keys in the future.

Description of Work: We called Michaels' because we needed all our new locks keyed so they would all match. They were VERY responsive and out here within an hour and that was with no emergency. They were reasonable and the customer service was top rate. I will deinintey use them again and they are HIGHLY recommended.

Description of Work: My daughter locked her keys in her car. I called and within 20 minutes they were at the car. The gentleman was very cordial and polite. He also answered all my questions regarding keys, etc. I will use them again for sure!

Description of Work: Came and opened a safe. Told us how to keep it working. Discussed bolting it to the floor. Subsequently, we called them again to bolt the safe to the floor. The workman worked extremely hard in the heat. Despite the fact that their were other factors involved putting it where we wanted it put, the company still only charged us the agreed upon price, over the phone. The workmen were very kind and helpful. I would hire them again in a minute. I recommend without hesitation.

Description of Work: Had a security audit at home with police dept and they recommended a deadbolt lock on the door from the house to garage, since it's so easy to break into a garage through the garage door. (See web for "how to break into a garage in 6 seconds".) So I called Michaels, they were there within 45 mins, and added the deadbolt and gone in less than an hour. Dave performed the work, was fast, and cleaned up before leaving. I've used this company before and will use them again. Very happy with them.

Description of Work: David called and showed up on time. He replaced the lock and provided the number of keys I asked for. David was very professional and explained the lock that was in there was not good quality and the parts break easily and quickly. He installed a better quality lock that he assusred me that will last a long time.
