Tommy knew exactly what to do. He was professional. He kept me updated.

Tommy did an awesome repairing my blinds, which my jack-russell had torn up. Tommy was very reasonable, and showed me some options for future replacement which were very reasonably priced as well.

Tommy did a good job on the project I hired him for. My only issue was having to remind him to send an invoice - one I'd already paid. But overall, he was terrific and did a good job.

He called before the appointment and then showed up in the time range. He did what I requested, charged a fair price and did a little more than I expected.

He is neat and tidy, fairly priced and communicates well. I will be using him for future projects!!

Tommy was great about communicating (what time he was coming, if he would be late, when he would be back, etc.). He repaired everything that needed repairing and didn't sell us more than we needed. His pricing was very reasonable. Besides that, he was very friendly and pleasant to be around.

Tommy really seems to know the business and had all the equipment needed to meet our repair issues. He converted the broken turn part in 5 of our blinds with pull cords eliminating any future need to replace the turn parts.
