Freddy, came out one day after I requested the Job on Home Adviser gave me a estimate and completed the work the next day. Looks Fantastic, I Liked his work so well I hired him for Weekly Maintence Update April 2018. They did a Fantastic Job with spring clean up but I was very disappointed in the quality of the Maintenance service. Each time they came out cut blow and gone in 15 min. I never received lawn fertilizer that was supposed to be in the cost of maintenance. When he had new guys on the crew they bushes never trimmed short enough or even. Just a lack of attention to detail. Today was supposed to be spring clean up. Trim up the bushes, Start up the sprinkler system and check for broken heads and fertilize and weed and feed. All substandard work. Took bad he did such a great job in the beginning. I fired him today.

Freddy is very respectful, he came when he said he would and the job was done very well by him and his crew! I would definitely use their service again. We had a big job and they did a superb job! Thank you, Freddy!

I hired Exclusive for my employer's large property and Freddy and his team have done an excellent job. I have many people that I work with on this large property and the best thing is all I have to do is ask Freddy ONCE to do something for me on the property and it is done. You do not know how great that is. I never have had to follow up on something that has been asked and he even cleaned up some stuff left by the last landscaper and he was very gracious about it.
