I requested for my Christmas lights to be installed. I made the initial purchase of 946 dollars. (too much for sure). I also purchased all the lights through you ANGI $736 (too much again). The gentlemen I hired came to my home - with no ladder and asked me if I had a nail gun.... he asked the client for items HE WAS suppose to arrive with. So, we cancelled the service. Via Angi and through him. He text me proof of the cancellation and I called into Angi to verify that the service was cancelled. This happened on Nov 20th. TODAY I WAS CHARGED 1687.00 for a service that 1. I NEVER GOT. 2. WAS CANCELLED and WHY ANGI - why take it out in February? 4 months later.... without my consent you went into my account and took money from me.... and not just a little. Not only that - my bills come out on this day and now - I am short $787 because of YOUR IGNORANCE. if you - followed orders from someone, who was it? Because it was not the CLIENT. I called in and was told - no-one noted this on the account. That's funny.... then why am I being charged today? and not - in November... Or December... or January. Angi - you have completed disrespected my privacy and my confidence in you as a reliable and trust-worthy company.
