Karina Cleaning Service

The owner was with them when they came out the first time and they did an excellent job. I was really pleased. Then it kind of started slowly going down. They barely speak English; so trying to communicate with them is really difficult. However, I am not all that picky. I need help and my husband and I can’t do some of the things that we used to do. I mainly want the cleaning service for making the beds and cleaning the bathrooms and the kitchen. Then they just vacuum the rest of the house. They are punctual and polite. So, I am still using them. I started using them sometime in June. However, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend them. I don’t have an opinion and it doesn’t matter to me as long as they get it cleaned. They do move a lot of stuff around. Then I have to go back and put it back where it belongs. I don’t really know about their price because I don’t really know what others charge. So, I think it’s fair. Their responsiveness is excellent. They certainly respond and they are always here every two weeks.
