A1 Locksmith

Ordered a $200 replacement gun safe lock from them. It arrived with no paperwork at all. No instructions, no programming info - nothing but the device. I've tried contacting them 4 times now at 3 email addresses and no reply at all. I really regret ordering from them!

Preston Webb was the locksmith that was assigned to the service call.  He had a professional appearance, and a pleasant disposition.  Preston asked me to walk him through the house, and point out  the locks that he wanted me to re-key.  Preston finished the entire job in less than 40 minutes.  Preston was about to leave, and noticed another door that had a lock, which was not part of the original work order.  He asked whether I wanted it re-keyed at no cost to me.  I told him that the lock was not critical, and if he needed to go on another service call, not to worry about it.  Preston told me that I had already paid for the service call, and the home warranty company covered the additional lock.  I really appreciated Preston looking out for me, and agreed to the additional re-key, which was performed in about 15 minutes.
My experience with A-1 Locksmith was really good, and I would not hesitate to contact them in the future.

This provider did an excellent job of matching my broken locking handles and deadbolts with new ones.  They purchased and installed the new hardware.  All is working fine now.

He arrived on time and he asked me a few questions about my car, after that he told me it would take 30 min but he had my new key in 20 and he told me to try it to make sure it worked.
