Unable to connect with Pounds.
Description of Work: Needed yard mowed. Asked for estimate. Responded several days later that he wouldn't be able to do it. Don't know if he looked at it or not. No reason given.

Description of Work: Excellent Service. The owner Jeff is so nice and aims to please. The mowers are very courteous and do everything that is asked of them plus more. They really go he the extra mile. They do an excellent job with the cleanup after mowing. There is not a blade of grass by the doors or in the pool. The lawn looks beautiful. This is the first time in a long time that my lawn looks this good. It has only been six weeks now and it looks great!!! Thank you very much!!!

Sometimes communication is not as clear as one might think when they are conveying their message. We really strive to satisfy each client, and to provide exactly what they are expecting for their lawn service. On rare occasions, it just seems difficult to please a customer to the level they feel that we should; however, we always try to do our best. Our crews ALWAYS communicate and interact with clients in a respectful way, but when that is not reciprocated, it is sometimes necessary to cease doing business with that particular customer, as was this case. The crews are not perfect........as they are human, but to speak disrespectfully and condesendingly to them is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

Description of Work: The owner answered the phone. He spent the time to explain their services and what it would cost. He found my property on the internet as we were talking. He was able to measure the area I wanted mowed while on the phone. He said they would be out to do the work in days and they did. It looks great. Had 2 neighbors compliment us on our lawn afterward.

Description of Work: Pounds provides us weekly lawn mowing and trimming and does an excellent job. They are extremely reliable and punctual. On rain days, Pounds will contact us via email with a statement on when the service will be performed with an option to change per our desired schedule. In Spring they will perform lawn clean-up. They also offer on-line payment. Outstanding company and workers.
