 + -1 moreLASER TECH ALWAYS GETS OUT QUICKLY WHENEVER THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY LASER PRINTER. ALTHOUGH IT IS A USED MACHINE, THEY DID NOT TRY TO TALK ME INTO BUYING A NEW MACHINE BUT RATHER TOOK IT APART, LUBRICATED PLACES THAT I COULDN'T REACH, CLEANED INSIDE AND MADE A FEW ADJUSTMENTS. SOON THE PRINTER WAS WORKING LIKE A NEW ONE! I ALSO USE THEM TO REFURBISH THE PRINTER INK CARTRIDGES. AGAIN, THEY ARE QUICK TO RESPOND TO A PHONE CALL AND HAPPY TO SERVICE THE PRINTER AT MY HOME RATHER THAN HAVING ME CART IT IN TO THEIR OFFICE.
Description of Work: CHECKED OUT LASER PRINTER TO DETERMINE WHY COPY QUALITY WAS POOR AND WHY PRINTER SQUEAKED WHEN RUNNING
