The process was very smooth. I dropped my car off at 9:30 on Saturday morning and picked it up two hours later with new front rotors and brake pads. I dealt directly with the owner, Ivan, throughout the entire process. He was very professional and courteous. When I picked the car up, he showed me the old brake parts and showed me how worn down they were. Overall, a great experience. I will definitely go back for my future auto repair needs. Highly recommended!

Ivan and his team are amazing! I had blown the engine in my Audi. I went online to see how much I would be looking at to replace engine and everyplace had ridiculous quotes. So I went into full service automotive. Ivan and his team had done some previous work on my truck and I was very impress with work, price and how awesome everyone is. Ivan immediately started looking for low mileage engines for my Audi and within a day had found one for an amazing price. I had full service automotive do the work and I couldn’t be happier, the team also did some other repairs that had been long over due. Me and my family are customers for life! Thank you Ivan and team for everything you guys are the best!

Ivan contacted me right away from a message on Angies list. He took a look at my car even after his shop was closed. Changed oil and ensured no other issues. I’m grateful to have found Ivan and have him fix the problem before any other issues came up!

Ivan's shop is convenient, turnaround times are lighting fast, and the prices are very reasonable. Trust is a big factor when picking a mechanic - and it's really great to find a reputable and honest mechanic close to home. The squeal ended up being a wear bar that was pushed in somehow. The brakes were in fine shape - false alarm. Instead of charging me for an unnecessary repair, Ivan reset the wear bar - free of charge.

I was referred to this establishment by a person of trust. I was hesitant to use a mechanic that I have never been to before. You see, I've been using one shop for my auto services for the past 15 years. Well, I can tell you right now that Full Service Automotive on old Fred road has exceeded my expectations entirely. I am very happy to say that this establishment has replaced my original first choice for all mechanical needs. The first thing i noticed was how clean everything was. I don't know much about mechanics, but I didn't feel intimidated as everything was explained perfectly and politely to me. My car was fixed and ready for pickup the next day (today) and I was given updates via text message every so often letting me know how things are going and up to date invoices. The price was very fair. My ignition system and keys had to be ordered through Honda and replaced, but I didn't even have to wait! The next morning I woke up to a text message saying it was ready for pickup. I couldn't believe how quick and proficient the guys here were! My AC also had to be serviced, but I was given a discount to help with the cost. The person I talked to (Mr. Ivan Rodriguez) was extremely professional. I am very pleased with my experience at Full Service Auto on old fred road. If I ever need my vehicles serviced, I WILL be back. 100%.

They are literality like 5 blocks away. I could leave my car and walk home if I wanted to. It cost $1,974.02. They did a lot of work, a lot of labor. This was the first time for this car, but we have used them for my husband’s car, two other times. We were equality pleased. Their diagnostic work was correct. They did the work as requested and explained anything we had questions about. It was ready on time. We were having trouble with our fax machine and they sent a fax for my husband while we were there. That was an added bonus. The cleanup was well done, they didn’t wash it and everything the way the dealer did, but didn’t expect it. As far as any grease or anything, there was none, it was very well maintained.
