The system works extremely well. The responsiveness could be improved as it usually takes a couple of calls to get service. Once they send someone out they are very professional and worth the effort.

Terrible. Their website states 90 day money back guarentee. But the problem is they don't call you back until after the 90 days are up. They don't back up their service or product. When they finally showed up to fix problems with our system, the moved some of the nossles, added more solution to make it stronger, and programmed a new remote. I had no problem with my previous remote. Then they sent me a bill for these services.

Purchased package of 3 mosquito treatments. Very nice initial treatment. Have left 3 phone messages since initial and no return call. Two treatments remaining and have not been able to schedule. I hope to hear back from the company. If the three treatments are completed as purchased I will be happy to update the review and if the remaining two go as well as the first then I will give it a well deserved A rating. Initially when scheduled and purchased they were very nice. I'm surprised that I have not had a return call to fulfill the remaining services purchased.

During the sign up process - I paid and put in dates which would work and contact informations so provider could contact me regarding scheduling - I waited two weeks and after hearing nothing I tried to contact the provider and set up a date for them to come out. I did not hear from them so i sent a note to Angie's List and they promptly provided me a refund. This provider must have too much business and does not need any new customers - I have found another company which I will use.

Bought a deal for 3 months of mosquito fogging. Company has been polite and punctual, but unfortunately have not seen much reduction in mosquito activity. Not sure if that's because their system doesn't work or just a reality of Houston.

The salesman and his crew arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently. The remote did not work properly, so they are going to return sometime this week with a new one. The system works well and there is a noticeable reduction in the number of mosquitoes on my back porch.

I bought three times mosquito treatment but only two have been finished. The company is not easy to connect, called several times but always went to answer machine. The technician took out some extra services on my existing mosquito equipment which I didn't expect and sent a large bill ($500+) to me. Will never use their service again and won't recommend it to anyone.

I wasn't home at the time, but it seems to be working really well, my Husband can actually go out and not come back in covered on bites.

They come and take care of everything on a regular basis. They are very professional, always notifying me of service, letting me know when they arrive/leave. They never make a mess. We are happy with this service

Overall it was OK. The scheduling was easy. I didn't even see them. They came down during the day while I was at work and it was done by the time I got home.

The owner, Todd, came out himself to do the quote and we had the system installed the following week. I got several other quotes and two things stood out about MMS. First, Todd and the installation technician were very professional, especially when compared to other providers who took a much more pressure sales approach. Second, I really like the way they proposed to install the system and that they include a lifetime warranty, where others only warranty the system for 2 years. Since installation, MMS have serviced the system and kept the tank full on a monthly recurring basis. Several times I have requested that MMS come out and do an additional yard fogging service prior to parties that we were having. Each time, they were available to come out on the same day or next day to do the service. I have also requested some changes to the configuration of the system which they made at no charge. I have been very happy with the system and with MMS and would highly recommend their services.

Company did provide the first two yard treatments. After setting up 3rd and final yard treatment, the tech missed the scheduled appt. Okay, no biggie...it happens. But when I repeatedly attempted to reschedule that appt., the company ceased to acknowledge any messages and requests and went radio silent on me. I have written off the last treatment and will find another service provider to handle my business.

It was good. I've used them for one and I'm trying to schedule another. They were good. They showed up right on time. They did what they had to do. They were on time and left.

Working very well. Just in a new house with a serious mosquito problem, I wasn't quite ready to commit to a spray system yet, but needed something because we could not be outdoors without getting 20 bites in as many minutes. Bought a package for 3 sprays. They were out the next day to spray. Super easy on my part and working very well! The company was responsive, prescheduled the next appointment for 3 weeks, but advised that since it's breeding season, I may want to move up the appointment if they start getting bad again. It's been 2 weeks since the spray, and I was able to sit outside last night for 3 hours with only 2 bites. Not bad. Great alternative to spraying myself down with bug spray everytime I walk out the door.

The first treatment did not do the job, so they came out again to retreat. We were relatively mosquito free for awhile. The second treatment was approximately one month later and was better than the first. We still have mosquitoes, but not as many as usual. they don;t wait for us at the door like they did without treatment.

Since this is Houston, we have very hungry mosquitoes and the spray that Mosquito Management Systems uses made them disappear even after all of the rain we have had! I have animals and it did not bother them or my plants - just the annoying mosquitoes. They are coming back for 2 more months on this special and I will probably schedule them every month until winter! I was truly amazed that I can go outside to enjoy my yard and not be bothered by mosquitoes. Definitely worth it!

Changed all the nozzels on our system and filled our tank up. On time and courteous. Would recommend.

After the original install (which was good) they have terrible after market service. Often late, or not even coming on the agreed date. I gave up on them and starting using a different provider to fill the tank. I called them this week to have them fix the remote control and antenna. I decided I would give them another change after 2 years of not using them. I had an appointment on Tuesday at 2pm. At 2:15 a nice young man called to tell me that he was tied up an another appointment and did not think he could make it. He told me he would call when he was done. He never called, on Wednesday I called the office and only got the answering machine, I left a message indicting I needed to reschedule, no one has called back. I have called a number of times to see when they would reschedule. No response. This is the same issue I had before and should not have gone back to them.

They arrived on time. They are always courteous and after the work was completed they made me aware of a leak in my irrigation system. After the landscapers fixed the sprinkler system my water bill was reduced by a lot of money.

Started well, with very responsive sales people but it ended there. After we made the deal it took weeks and several unreturned calls to have them deliver the equipment (I considered canceling the check). They brought the system out which was all new parts. The main motor/barrel was composed of parts that can be purchased on the internet for a fraction of the cost. It is definitely not a professionally built system. Only positive thing about the build quality is that I won't have to rely on them in a few short years to replace parts, as anyone with wrench skills could order and replace motors, controllers, and tubing! Self installation was very easy and the system worked fine. They failed to bring me a cover and again after 6 weeks of mostly unreturned calls they finally delivered a suitable cover. In the meantime I was using trash bags and with the few rains we had it got wet. Flash forward 3 month. The first thing to break was the remote which deprogrammed itself. Then I noticed that the motor and bracket was corroding (probably from the time period it had an inadequate cover). I called for someone to check out under warranty. Again 4 weeks of promises to look at it before a technician came out to reprogram the remote and check the corrosion. 2 days later the remote deprogrammed itself triggering this review. I feel I gave them many fair chances and tolerated alot!

Prompt. Excellent, meticulous, nearly invisible installation, but effectiveness is TBD until mosquito season! They offer to come tweak the system and add nozzles for free if necessary if the perimeter created by the system doesn't adequately repel the mosquitoes. The owner (who did the bid) and lead installer were very knowledgeable and communicative. The owner is very supportive of DIY installs, too. Encourages them and would even come help you do a layout. We went with professional installation to get the better aesthetics (carefully drilled holes with tiny nozzels peaking out, lines trenched under ground and sidewalks, white tubing to hide in cracks of eves, etc.) Better knowledge of mosquito habits, etc., than other company's rep.
