Mosquito Management Systems is a small, family owned and operated business located in the heart of Houston, TX. We currently manufacture, install and service mosquito misting systems for homes/business yards of any size. We also offer full service Pest Control, and our easy FastFog treatments for events that need quick repellent against pests. All of our technicians are licensed, insured, uniformed, organized, and trained to work on any system.

The system works extremely well. The responsiveness could be improved as it usually takes a couple of calls to get service. Once they send someone out they are very professional and worth the effort.

Terrible. Their website states 90 day money back guarentee. But the problem is they don't call you back until after the 90 days are up. They don't back up their service or product. When they finally showed up to fix problems with our system, the moved some of the nossles, added more solution to make it stronger, and programmed a new remote. I had no problem with my previous remote. Then they sent me a bill for these services.

Purchased package of 3 mosquito treatments. Very nice initial treatment. Have left 3 phone messages since initial and no return call. Two treatments remaining and have not been able to schedule. I hope to hear back from the company. If the three treatments are completed as purchased I will be happy to update the review and if the remaining two go as well as the first then I will give it a well deserved A rating. Initially when scheduled and purchased they were very nice. I'm surprised that I have not had a return call to fulfill the remaining services purchased.

Bought a deal for 3 months of mosquito fogging. Company has been polite and punctual, but unfortunately have not seen much reduction in mosquito activity. Not sure if that's because their system doesn't work or just a reality of Houston.

The salesman and his crew arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently. The remote did not work properly, so they are going to return sometime this week with a new one. The system works well and there is a noticeable reduction in the number of mosquitoes on my back porch.

I bought three times mosquito treatment but only two have been finished. The company is not easy to connect, called several times but always went to answer machine.
The technician took out some extra services on my existing mosquito equipment which I didn't expect and sent a large bill ($500+) to me.
Will never use their service again and won't recommend it to anyone.

They come and take care of everything on a regular basis. They are very professional, always notifying me of service, letting me know when they arrive/leave. They never make a mess. We are happy with this service

Overall it was OK. The scheduling was easy. I didn't even see them. They came down during the day while I was at work and it was done by the time I got home.

The owner, Todd, came out himself to do the quote and we had the system installed the following week. I got several other quotes and two things stood out about MMS. First, Todd and the installation technician were very professional, especially when compared to other providers who took a much more pressure sales approach. Second, I really like the way they proposed to install the system and that they include a lifetime warranty, where others only warranty the system for 2 years.
Since installation, MMS have serviced the system and kept the tank full on a monthly recurring basis. Several times I have requested that MMS come out and do an additional yard fogging service prior to parties that we were having. Each time, they were available to come out on the same day or next day to do the service. I have also requested some changes to the configuration of the system which they made at no charge.
I have been very happy with the system and with MMS and would highly recommend their services.

Working very well. Just in a new house with a serious mosquito problem, I wasn't quite ready to commit to a spray system yet, but needed something because we could not be outdoors without getting 20 bites in as many minutes. Bought a package for 3 sprays. They were out the next day to spray. Super easy on my part and working very well! The company was responsive, prescheduled the next appointment for 3 weeks, but advised that since it's breeding season, I may want to move up the appointment if they start getting bad again.
It's been 2 weeks since the spray, and I was able to sit outside last night for 3 hours with only 2 bites. Not bad.
Great alternative to spraying myself down with bug spray everytime I walk out the door.

The first treatment did not do the job, so they came out again to retreat. We were relatively mosquito free for awhile. The second treatment was approximately one month later and was better than the first. We still have mosquitoes, but not as many as usual. they don;t wait for us at the door like they did without treatment.

Since this is Houston, we have very hungry mosquitoes and the spray that Mosquito Management Systems uses made them disappear even after all of the rain we have had! I have animals and it did not bother them or my plants - just the annoying mosquitoes. They are coming back for 2 more months on this special and I will probably schedule them every month until winter! I was truly amazed that I can go outside to enjoy my yard and not be bothered by mosquitoes. Definitely worth it!
