I had a very good experience with that. They took reasonable time to finish the work and as estimated. I have compared the prices and I think they are comparable. They were very responsive. I have used them a couple of times.
Description of Work: I had my kitchen redone by Home Depot. It was turnkey from beginning to end.

The first set of installers were very nice while they were putting the windows in. They gave explanations to any questions that I asked. They cleaned up after themselves and told me that there were two windows that would have to be reordered. They kept leaving for caulk. They ended up using over 20 tubes of caulk for my windows. What I found out later was that all the caulk was to cover up all the damage they had caused and to hide that they were using the wrong trim. There were several bricks that were busted loose from my home that they didn't event bother to put back in place or even tell me that they had broken. When I noticed this after they left, I called the foreman over the job. He called the installers and they called and cussed me out. I called the 800 number and told them what had happened. A few days past and I began to notice weird things about the windows. The trim didn't look right so I contacted the 800 number for help. The windows in the living room didn't look even. The person who sold the windows came out and took a look and said that they would have to send another crew. Weeks later when the other crew came, we found out that the trim was not the trim that we paid for and it all had to be removed. The living room windows weren't even screwed into wood and had to be removed and reinstalled. The caulk had to all be removed and replaced because it was the wrong kind and was actually dripping off the windows on to the house and ground. The trim on the inside was missing on several windows and had to be replaced. The first crew took and wiped the caulk covered fingers on my house instead of asking for a paper towel. The second crew worked very hard to try and fix all this. Even though I have contacted them several times with my concerns, not all of them have been fixed or answered. I do not trust them and will never trust them again. I paid a fortune for windows that were improperly installed and now I worry night and day about one of them falling out or some other catastrophe that may involve them. No one has been out to reinspect or even speak to me about the problems. The inside trim in still wrong, my bricks are still broken, caulk is still wiped all over my home's exterior.
