Good Hands Tree Service

I had a 60 foot tree leaning toward the house which had significant bark loss at the base. This was complicated by the fact that the power line to the house ran through the large tree canopy. Joel came out to have a look, offered a very fair bid on the project, and we scheduled the work the following Tuesday. Then came Imelda, and Joel called early Tuesday to let me know they weren't coming due to the rain. The yard flooded, then receded, and Joel called back on Friday, ready and willing to come out Saturday morning to get the job done. He and his crew were there on time and got right to work. They clearly knew what they were doing. Branch by branch the tree came down with no damage to the power line. The stump and exposed roots were ground and the branches and trunk hauled to the street and the yard left clean. I couldn't have been happier. They were professional, courteous and friendly. They'll be my first call if I need the service again, and I'd recommend them 100% to anyone needing tree service.

I requested a quote on a Thursday evening, and immediately got a phone call. An appointment was made for early Friday morning. The estimator was on time, very knowledgeable, and professionable. The very next (Saturday)morning, promptly on the agreed upon time, well equipped, and ready the go to work. They completed their tasks as agreed, removed their equipment, as they prepared to leave each member of the crew thanked me for the opportunity, and departed with smiles all around.
