He was great, did a good job, was on time, cleaned up.

The day of service they stated they had to come back and caulk the day after. He said he would call to make sure I was home. Never received a call. A few weeks later i get a invoice to pay. I stated to the owner that I was not paying until the job was finished. Owner was apologetic but it was all done via email. They did come back and finish. I would say when a mistake like that is made that you would think good customer service would be a phone call not a email. he has never reached out to make sure I was happy or came or requested to look at the work to make sure it is done correctly. They could use some lessons in customer service

When the contractor came to my house for an estimate he explained everything clearly. I knew exactly what to expect. The two men who performed the work arrived on time, used the standards the contractor had explained, and did a fantastic job and cleaned up thoroughly. I had nothing to do but look at the completed work. Because everything was explained so well I know exactly what to do to paint the room. (I did not have them do so because we were still "considering" the new color.) I will hire them again when it comes time to the next drywall job. I am very happy with the job!
