Frazier Roofing & Guttering

Install went pretty much as planned. I did have them come back out to address 3 issues I had with the workmanship. My contract spelled out that T-wedges were to be used as my fascia boards angle in towards the house and the use of these wedges is to ensure that the gutters outer rim does not sit lower than the inner rim. Upon arriving home on the day the install was finished, I inspected the gutters to find that no T-wedges were used at all. No explanation was given. If I had not called and asked about it I'm pretty sure they would have just left it at that. What I was told was that the use of the T-wedges on my house was just not working. They started out using them, but quit because the wedges were making the back side of the gutters buckle and it did not look good. I had no chance to see the work in progress so I have no idea what the gutters looked like when they were attempting to install them with the T-wedges. I also cannot explain what is so unique about my house that the use of these wedges was so problematic. I'm no gutter expert, but I'm relatively sure the use of T-wedges is fairly common when the fascia angles in like mine do. Several other contractors that I got quotes from had the use of the wedges in their quote. The other two minor issues were taken care of about a week later. 1 downspout that was repositioned for better appearance and one corner splash shield that was replaced because it was bent. Ultimately I signed off on the job and agreed that the install was ok. I'm still slightly disappointed in them though due to the lack of concern they seemed to have over leaving out the wedges. The contract price was not adjusted for the omission of the wedges. I guess they are so cheap to install that if you need them they are just thrown in at no charge?

Replaced 2 skylights.Redid flashing at chimney. Replaced several shingles where nail heads had popped up. Replaced lead flashing at vent pipes through roof.

Replaced all air vents and a section of roofing.

They repaired my leaking roof. It went great, they were on time and quick with the repair.

They checked roof for a leak as it was wet inside, but found it was the ac drain pan overflowing causing the water.

The person from Frazier who came to give me the quote was very informative, he shed some light on what I really needed and I signed the contract on the spot. I only needed additional gutters which Frazier company added. Another company I had contacted tried to upsell me on gutters that I did not need. One of the connections they did forget to go back and seal, but it was late in the day when they installed, however they came right away to fix the issue. I will be calling them back to get gutters added to my parents' house.

I had an area on a back porch that was flooding with water whenever it rained. Frazier diverted the water flow; cleaned the gutters and put gutter shields in.

The workers arrived on time and completed the job in one day. Our gutters look nice and so far have worked according to plan! We opted to pay the additional amount for the leaf screen gutters. We also need some fascia boards replaced and they did that at no extra cost to us. All in all...a job well done.

We got a proposal that was reasonable. They came on time and the did a professional job. We plan to get them back for small roofing job.

Quick, good clean up, excellent work. Wish they wold have spent a little more time discussing the drainage plan, but otherwise very good work.

They arrived on time, installed the gutters and leaf screen. They did an excellent job. This work was done several years ago. I have had no problems with the guttering and would hire them again.

Work done quickly and neatly; cleaned up well after themselves; bill was exactly as estimated. The date given is approximate. I was fixing up my former home to put it up for sale.

They said it would take at least 2 days. Promised to clean up and use some type of magnetic pickup machine to be sure no loose roofing nails left around the house and they did.

When I realized they were put on incorrectly, I called and the came out right away and fixed the problem. The materials and their workmanship are very good.
