They are very professional. They responded very promptly. My experience so far is great.

It took a week to get an appointment, and 5 days later on the appointment day they were a no show. No call no nothing after sitting around waiting for them to show. Called the next day to ask why-got a half hearted "Oh Steve was sick, blah, blah...BS" A phone call in the morning would have been all it took to do this right. If they can't even do that they do not get my business. Not recommended.

Excellent. Did exactly what they said and completed job on time

They did a good job and even replaced some fascia board that was rotting before they put the guttering on. We called them to come back as one side of guttering was not level and they did and fixed it.

Scheduled an appointment and Steve came out the next day to provide a quote. Two weeks after accepting their bid, they came out and installed gutters and leaf guards on our home. They did it all while we were at work. A week later, we got the bill in the mail. Everything went flawless! It was great doing business with them.

I have not scheduled them. If it takes three to four weeks and multiple calls to schedule just an estimate, what if something bad happens? I have heard good things about them, but calling twice just to set an appointment for an estimate is a waste of time and while they may be good with the actual job, their point of contact is having significant problems. Why not just set up the appointment at first contact?

The gutters worked well during recent storms.

They did an excellent job. They returned phone calls promptly and attended to all issues without question.

The contact was very professional and everything was comleted very quickly and on time. I wasn't home when the work was performed and hadn't even put down a deposit and they completed everything without question (who does that these days). The gutter screens worked great in our heavily treed yard, and the larger downspouts redirected a lot of water. I really appreciate thier work.

The crew knew exactly the best placement for all components, having both excellent aesthetic judgement and outstanding technical skills. All is perfect. When we had the huge ice storm last year, I sent them a picture of ice coating the rain chain, showing how it was still perfectly stable amid all the bowed-down, ice-weighted trees and shrubs. Last spring, another person came out to assess functioning of an attic fan that had been installed as part of new roof installation three years ago by a different company, which had been recommended by a friend who has a tree maintenance business, because the original installer was no longer in business. He checked the roof while here, just because 'thorough' is the way Frazier's folks do things. He found that all is well with new roof and that its current condition is good, though he would have recommended a different brand of shingles. I know who to call when or if there is weather damage: Frazier Roofing and Guttering - they are honest, competent, reliable, and fairly priced. I would use them again in the future.

The representative was professional and knowledgeable. The bid was greater than others that I had received but I felt the quality of work and materials were superior.

Had a lot of trouble getting anyone to respond to my initial call but once I was contacted by the salesman things became much better. Estimate for the work was very fair and the work was done on the date specified. We did have a problem with the new vent cap on the furnace. It was improperly installed and the heat couldn't function. I contacted the company and the salesman immediately came out, assessed the situation and fixed the problem. Things are going to happen on repair jobs but the test is how well the contractor takes care of the problem and gets it resolved. Frazier passed with flying colors.

Very well. Very courteous and punctual. Finished job with continued work schedule and no delays. Workers very nice and accommodating . Initial appraiser Mr Goff was a big help. Ladies in office were very courteous and helpful. Company is largely judged on it's reps and employees. Reps and Employees get an A+ from me. Will always use them.

Went great. They were punctual and responsive. Did a great job. We've used Frazier for roofing issues in the past. He put a new roof on our old house after a hailstorm some 20 years ago. He also checked out our roof on the old house prior to selling it. One shingle was off, he replaced it free of charge. We also had him check out the roof on our new house, and he indicated it was fine. Bottome line: these are honest fair-minded people wjho do a great job, charge a fair price and communicate to the customer ahead of time regarding appointments, price, etc.

They seemed to do a thorough job. They were customer friendly and very nice. The quality of their work was very good. They were polite as well. My overall experience with them was very good. This is the first time I’ve had this work done and so I don’t know how to compare the price. I had to call and ask them when they were coming.

Punctual and could observe they were pros and had a lot of experience. After work completed - cleaned up and the job was completed. The problem corrected now we can relax knowing our problem was addressed professionally.

Darrel wen to my rental house while I was there. He introduced himself and listened to my concern and needs concerning the roof. He walked the roof and took photos. He promptly wrote up the repair estimate while he was on the premises. He printed photos and explained the issues going on with the roof and went over the estimate with me. When Darrel first arrived I explained to him my wish to make repairs rather than replace the roof if roof was in reasonable condition. Darrel never tried to sell me on a new roof. Frazier roofing provided the service I requested without any sales pitches. Everyone I talked to from Frazier Roofing were Professional and friendly and got the job done on a timely and economical manner. Frazier Roofing is a company I would hire again!

Very quick, polite, professional, and courteous!

They were great in every way. They cleaned out the gutters, did a tune-up, then installed the screens. The work was done earlier than expected.

All went well. The salesman had a good idea for color -- the gutters blend in with my brick beautifully.
