Frazier Roofing & Guttering

I originally called them to come out and check out my leaking skylight. While he was out he also discovered that my roof needed to be replaced. They gave me a good estimate and took care of everything with the insurance company. They told me when they planned to come out and were out right on time. They even did some extra work that should have been done on my roof forty years ago. They did an excellent job with the installation. I give them all A's for their work.

They had done an excellent job and were reasonably priced too.

Call for bid. Returned call quickly. Visit next day for quote. Very fair price. High quality work. Fast response time. Used them for a second job. Same excellent experience. Highly recommend this contractor.

I called them when I had a tree fall, and they did the shingle replacment for free. I was very happy with their work and would certainly use them again.

Two weeks ago we had heavy rain and water came through the roof to the interior of the house. Called this company before they opened and left a msg with the service that an emergency roof repair was needed as soon as possible. The service said they would have someone call me back. Did not hear anything for a couple hours, until they opened and I called them. At that time, the correct person was not in the office and the office would have him call me. After another 45 minutes passed, I finally heard from the correct person who said, they will not get on the roof in this weather! Mean while, my roof leaked for hours until I got a hold of another company.

It went very well. They were very professional. I was worried about our dog getting out when they went into the back yard, so instead of using the gate they used their ladders to go over the back fence. The job went quickly and they cleaned up before they left.

They were very professional and wonderful. They were neat, tidy and very good. They were good about making sure that we liked the work that they did. I have recommended them to others.

The overall job went very well. They were very professional, prompt, and cleaned up the area afterward. They took down the old gutters, and installed the new gutters with no problems what so ever.

It went fairly smooth, they didn't try to sell me other stuff just to make money. I had an electric fan in my attic and they told me not to use it as it would suck the cool air out of the house. Instead I put in the static fans so that they run when the heat rises. I have used them in other houses as well, since then. They came out to Keller even though it is out of their district.

They were excellent. First of all, they had one of the foreman here to give us an estimate and he was very courteous, keeping us informed and giving us all our options. He answered any and all the questions I had. The work itself went off very well; they were very clean, making the extra effort to get dropped shingles.

The came and gave an estimate. They came back within two weeks and they completed the job within two days. It was smooth sailing the whole way. Excellent service provider. Excellent customer service as well.

I had Frazier's come out and do some work. They cleaned the gutters and they also made sure they were secure. I would recommend them to anyone needing gutter or roofing work. They make sure that you are very happy with the work they are providing.

This was my first time using Angie's List as a reference and I was naturally disappointed since the contractor was rated so highly. In hindsight, the contractor was obviously not interested in small repair jobs at this time. It would have been much more helpful to state this upfront (other contractors did so).

Frazier completed the job in one day. They were meticulous in cleaning up. A week later a worker came out to check back, hammer in some wild nails, and clean up again; just to make sure the job was done well. It was! I am very happy.

The crew did a satisfactory job. The company has a communication problem within their staffing. After I approved the estimate and authorized the work I did not hear from them for a month to fix a date. After repeated calls, the excuse was that the "scheduler is away on vacation"! Finally the secretary in the office gave me a date four weeks ahead. I told her that it was not acceptable since I would be out of town. So we agreed on a later date to coincide with my return. When I returned from my trip, I found that the gutters were replaced and that the crew had come on the original proposed date, found nobody at home and did the job anyway. This required them to jump the fence to get into my backyard - which did not make me very happy particularly since I found that the downspouts were mis-located. I had to call a number of times and go up to the owner to schedule the rework. I even received the invoice while I was waiting for the corrective rework. In the end it all worked out OK.

I'm really, really frustrated with this company and wouldn't try to contact them again. I really needed some work done and they were totally unresponsive after multiple attempts to contact them.

I got a friendly, quick response when I called and was told someone would call back to schedule an appointment for an estimate. One week later, I called again and was told someone would get right back to me. I called several times more, always getting an apology, then I finally had to explain who I was and what I wanted as though I'd never called. The last time I spoke with someone, I was told that someone would call back in five minutes. One month later--I'm not kidding--there was a message on my phone from this company: did I still want an estimate? I didn't call back.

Excellent. They were wonderful. Very responsive. They measure everything, they give you options with different prices. Price was excellent. Workers were great.They even called us twice to make sure everything was fine and even sent someone out to check the roof and the gutters.

I must say that the guy did a very good job. He assessed the work needed and the layout of the new gutters in order to maximize water flow away from the house. This was evident in the back by the pool area where he reconstructed the down spouts and changed the direction of water flow.

The quality of their job was excellent and the price was the same as the estimate, so there weren't any surprises. They came on time. They were very professional.

I joined Angie's List to find a reputable company to install complete new guttering around my home after damages due to hail storm. When I initially contacted this company and spoke with a woman named Andrea I was told that it would be four weeks before anyone would even be available to come to my house and give an estimate. I have to say though that the woman was polite and apologized that they couldn't be of service. I was disappointed that I was not able to get an estimate since they had had some good write ups in the past.

Frazier was always available. He gave me his cell phone number. There was never a disagreement we had. He maybe could have been a little more knowledgeable. I had to ask him questions to get answers but otherwise, this company is a go, go kind of company. They are a little less detail oriented maybe but they're OK.

Their workmanship is warranted. They had to tear the roof off and put on a brand new roof. They checked everything and did a very good job. Their pricing was well within reason, so they saved me money.

When they came over the man (Matt Martin) was very nice & helpful. When they sent the guy over to do the work the young man did not do the overhang correctly. He left a tool on the roof and a piece of screen on the yard. I called them back & the guy on the phone said he would come back over and would fix the problem. Matt Martin came back to re-do the work. Everyone can make a mistake and if they can fix a mistake then I feel like then can make me happy. Everything looks like it's suppose to look now.

His work was good. Recommended doing the caps.
