After initial snafu getting appt confirmed, this company was highly professional. Mike (seems to be the location manager) personally rearranged their schedule at the last minute to keep appt commitment they made to me. The guys showed up on time, ready to work, in company apparel, were very polite and got work done within time that they estimated. Importantly, the team leader was "thinking" his way through the preplanned install and made a couple of sensible alteration recommendations along the way which improved the result. We are very pleased with the overall appearance of the work. One other negative turned positive to mention. One of the guys stepped on and broke an exposed lawn sprinkler line. They reported what they had done back to Mike and Mike had a sprinkler guy there to repair it good as new without my having to follow up and hold them accountable. This attitude of excellence is very rare, in my experience, in the home repair industry. Most folks don't even show up when they tell you they will. Frazier far exceeded the normal experience. I got 4 estimates before choosing a contractor. Frazier was not the lowest price, though they were among the better prices. I chose them based on feeling more confidence in the estimator and the plan proposed. Based on my very positive experience, I am happy with having opted for the best value rather than the best price.

Steve gave me a quote and Mike came out about one week after I'd returned the authorization for repair. SO EASY TO WORK WITH! I didn't have to be home, and the work looks outstanding! Will definitely use them again.

All work was performed professionally, on time, and without any hidden or additional costs. The duplex roof is now 20 years old and the roof on my home is now 16 years old. I call for a free inspection after high wind &/or hail storms and only once has there been a need for minor repairs to tack down a few blown up shingles on my home (Dec 7, 2004 $ no charge). No other repairs have been needed to my roofs, skylights, gutters, or turbines. During the past 20 years I have recommended R.S. Frazier to friends. They have reported back to me that they too have been very satisfied with the integrity of R.S. Frazier re: recommendations for work needed; their competitively priced estimates; and the quality of work performed.

We asked them to come look at our roof to replace vent boots that were visibly damaged, and to also give the roof a good inspection for any work needed. Our goal was to try to extend the life of the roof. The company was very prompt in getting Ray Moody to check it out. Our experience with Mr. Moody was very pleasant. We felt like he was honest in assessing the needed repairs, and offered us a great deal. Two days later, the majority of the proposed work was completed and looked great! However, the crew leader (NOT Mr. Moody) that day was rude and argumentative. This person refused to complete the proposed soffit/decking repairs and also argued that we had been offered too low of a price. Mr. Moody addressed this problem quickly and got the project back on track! Part of the soffit/fascia work was completed promptly, but work on one remaining section dragged for about a couple of weeks, requiring some follow-up phone calls, which got to be irritating. Nevertheless, I never really doubted that Mr. Moody would see the work through to the end. He seems to have a lot of integrity. Eventually ALL the work was finished, and looks great (as far as we can tell- we don't go on the roof ourselves). Communication with us and within the organization could have been better, and there were some annoyances along the way. However, the price and quality of work were very satisfactory, and Mr. Moody was very pleasant to work with. The office staff was also pleasant and helpful.

It took them a long time to get out here because I think they are just so popular and so backed up with business. But, when they came they really did a super job and we are thrilled with our gutters. I think their price was pretty good so we feel like that was a very good experience. We did get them off of Angie's List. The beginning of the experience with them was kind of touch and go because I called them and they didn't call me back for a while so I had to call them again. They sent someone out and after they sent someone out it was a couple of months before we got our gutters. But, they told us that upfront, they told us that they were very busy and it was just gutters so we were fine with it. I would definitely use them again because I think they have a very good quality product and I think their prices are reasonable. The only issue is that they do seem to be very, very busy. When they set the appointment, they were here on time. It was just initially getting an appointment set up for them to come out was difficult. But, they are very good company and I think they are better. We had got another estimate but they weren't as professional and I don't think their quality of product was as good.

Very professional. Estimator called ahead and arrived as scheduled. He explained roofing choices and pricing. After insurance estimate arrived we compared his prices which were the same for comparable roofing. I did pay extra for a material upgrade of my choosing. Scheduler called and materials were delivered one day in advance of the crew. Crew arrived about 8:00AM and were finished by 4:00PM the same day. Crew was very serious about their work with no chatter while on the roof but lots of conversation at lunch-time. Cleanup was immaculate. Everything looks very good, even painted the pipes and the wind turbines a brown color which makes the job look even more attractive, blending with the multi-tone brown roofing. Bill arrived about two weeks later for the entire job. I paid it right away; I was very satisfied.

I requested an estimate via Angie's List shortly before Thanksgiving. Frazier Roofing immediately contacted me and stated that an estimator would call me and make an appointment. The next week the estimator scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. He came as scheduled, inspected the problem area, and gave us an estimate. I told him that I wanted to proceed, and he said that someone would call to schedule the work. Almost two weeks passed, so I called to find out why I hadn't been contacted. I left a message and promptly received a call tell me that there had been a mix up and that the work was scheduled for that morning. They arrived a few hours later and performed the work. The repairs went smoothly. Other than the scheduling mix up, we had no problems.

They had done an excellent job and were reasonably priced too.

Call for bid. Returned call quickly. Visit next day for quote. Very fair price. High quality work. Fast response time. Used them for a second job. Same excellent experience. Highly recommend this contractor.

I called them when I had a tree fall, and they did the shingle replacment for free. I was very happy with their work and would certainly use them again.

It went very well. They were very professional. I was worried about our dog getting out when they went into the back yard, so instead of using the gate they used their ladders to go over the back fence. The job went quickly and they cleaned up before they left.

The overall job went very well. They were very professional, prompt, and cleaned up the area afterward. They took down the old gutters, and installed the new gutters with no problems what so ever.

It went fairly smooth, they didn't try to sell me other stuff just to make money. I had an electric fan in my attic and they told me not to use it as it would suck the cool air out of the house. Instead I put in the static fans so that they run when the heat rises. I have used them in other houses as well, since then. They came out to Keller even though it is out of their district.

They were excellent. First of all, they had one of the foreman here to give us an estimate and he was very courteous, keeping us informed and giving us all our options. He answered any and all the questions I had. The work itself went off very well; they were very clean, making the extra effort to get dropped shingles.

The came and gave an estimate. They came back within two weeks and they completed the job within two days. It was smooth sailing the whole way. Excellent service provider. Excellent customer service as well.

I had Frazier's come out and do some work. They cleaned the gutters and they also made sure they were secure. I would recommend them to anyone needing gutter or roofing work. They make sure that you are very happy with the work they are providing.

This was my first time using Angie's List as a reference and I was naturally disappointed since the contractor was rated so highly. In hindsight, the contractor was obviously not interested in small repair jobs at this time. It would have been much more helpful to state this upfront (other contractors did so).

Frazier completed the job in one day. They were meticulous in cleaning up. A week later a worker came out to check back, hammer in some wild nails, and clean up again; just to make sure the job was done well. It was! I am very happy.

Excellent. They were wonderful. Very responsive. They measure everything, they give you options with different prices. Price was excellent. Workers were great.They even called us twice to make sure everything was fine and even sent someone out to check the roof and the gutters.

I must say that the guy did a very good job. He assessed the work needed and the layout of the new gutters in order to maximize water flow away from the house. This was evident in the back by the pool area where he reconstructed the down spouts and changed the direction of water flow.

The quality of their job was excellent and the price was the same as the estimate, so there weren't any surprises. They came on time. They were very professional.

I joined Angie's List to find a reputable company to install complete new guttering around my home after damages due to hail storm. When I initially contacted this company and spoke with a woman named Andrea I was told that it would be four weeks before anyone would even be available to come to my house and give an estimate. I have to say though that the woman was polite and apologized that they couldn't be of service. I was disappointed that I was not able to get an estimate since they had had some good write ups in the past.
