Frazier Roofing & Guttering

We had attempted to work with a different roofer first and after 3 months with no progress, I turned to Frazier. They were able to go out within a few days even though it was a holiday week and provide a quote. Insurance agreed with the pricing and the Roof was fixed within a few weeks.

We invited Frazier to submit an estimate for cost of work that needed to be done, reviewed it and made the decision to have this company repair our hail-damaged roof, vents, gutters, leaf guards and downspouts. The work was immediately scheduled, materials were delivered and within days, all work had been completed. Frazier is an excellent company and I will not hesitate to go back to them again if and when the need arises.

The crew was thorough and did an excellent job. (Our neighbors were having a garage sale and after watching the crew work on our home for awhile came over and got the crews business card!) They did a totally professional job and cleaned up the area completelywhen they finished. We are very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to hire them again.

They have been around a long time, great company and would highly recommend them.

Steve Van Brocklin gave the initial quote and dimo of their product. He brought up several ideas that I had not thought of but was never pushy. Installers arrived on time, worked quickly and were accommodating in placing down spouts into out rain barrels. They also gave good suggestions as to how and how often to clean the gutters and screen covers. I highly recommend this company for gutter installation.

After having bad experiences with other contractors (not responding, not showing up), I was hesitant about hiring a contractor. I contacted Frazier Roofing and received excellent services. They came right out to figure out what I needed and provided an estimate. We contracted for the work and arranged a date. They were prompt and worked efficiently. The staff was professional and courteous. My skylight and solar light are wonderful and just what I wanted. They even replaced some damaged shingles on the roof. I would use them again without reservation and plan to contact them for other work.. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We hired Fraizer to install gutters on one side of our house to help start the process of addressing some drainage issues. Although they got off to a great start with the thorough estimate and friendly service representative, it went down hill when we were not satisfied with the final installation. When we asked them to adjust the slope of the gutter so that water would actually come out of the front downspout and run down the driveway, two guys came out after dark and spent approximately 5 minutes 'making adjustments.' This did not fix the issue, and water continued to gush out of a side downspout while the front downspout trickled water - even in the hardest rain. After 6 months of unreturned phone calls and conversations about what 60 feet of gutter can and cannot do, they made a final adjustment that will have to do.

I got a prompt estimate, but because of other jobs I had to wait a few days for the installation. They came exactly when they said they would, and performed the worked quickly and professionally. The gutters look great and they matched my house color exactly. I am extremely happy. I would use them again in a heartbeat

We got a sales quote fairly quickly after requesting the appointment. We got bids from two other companies, and their bid came in highest. But, you could tell they had a high quality of workmanship by looking at how their bid was written up, and they used better quality materials (3x4 gutters rather than 3x2) and were planning to place more downspouts than the others. After reviewing the bids in detail, we think that theirs was probably the best deal despite the higher total price, due to the quality of materials to be used and the amount of linear footage of downspouts they were planning to install. Our rep asked us to email the signed contract so that the scheduler would call us to set up an appointment. We emailed the contract, however, we never received a phone call back. We tried calling three more times over a two week span, and never received a response back. I was disappointed, I really wanted to use them but could never get a call back. I guess they don't need the work... We ended up using another gutter contractor for $250 less, and the work they completed ended up just fine. In the end, although they had the better sales approach, their lack of follow-through ended up wasting our time.

They performed the job estimate quickly after our request, and scheduled the job within a week. It was a fairly simple job, and they got it done quickly and effictively. I would definitely recommend again!

The work went fine. They delivered the roofing supplies on one day and started the next day. They finished the third day and cleaned up well as promised.

Every experiemce with this company was excellent - from first phone call, to service rep extimate visit, to actual work accomplishment and follow-up.. Every employee was personable and professional. The two young men who performed the work did great job, even did some additional modification work on existing gutter witout up-chaarge and even bought some garage sale merchandice in support of Cystic Fibrosis. Company honored the Angies List discount offering without question. Have recommended them to several friends and neighbors, without reservation.

They were okay. I picked them because they were on Angie's List. I had a coupon, but I don't think they ever acknowledged it. I'm just not sure why. I paid the minimum deductible from my insurance. They did a good job, but their price was high. I'll probably check around for comparison.

I called in the morning to schedule an estimate. They said someone would call be back. No one called. The next day I called to see why, and got a couple of "answers". The first was that they are really booked. The other was that I have a tile roof and they don't do tile roofs. I made it very clear on my initial call that while most of the house has a tile roof, the leaking are is on a flat section that is a rubber lay down. She acknowledged that, which makes her explanation nonsensical. Regardless, that is no reason to not call me back. They should at least call back and say they can't do the job. I found someone else more dependable and professional.

From quote to install my experience with Frazier was great. They installed on date they said they would, finished product looks and performs as described. They were clean on the work-site and all scraps were picked up. Would hire Frazier again for roofing or gutters for a new home.

It took them two weeks to respond to me. They were 400 dollars more expensive than the company I chose.

Overall it was a wonderful experience. I was highly impressed with the installation crew. These guys were incredibly experienced in their craft and I know that their high quality workmanship will keep my roof leak free for years to come. After dealing with Frazier roofing from the initial bid, to implementation, and final billing I can tell you that I get a true sense of honesty, integrity, and high quality with this company. I would highly recommend their services.

They were fast and efficient. Work was done in a reasonable amount of time. So far we are very pleased. Will be able to give more details later when it finally rains. Beau, the gentleman who came out to give the estimate, was very personable and thorough.

I called in mid-May to get an estimate. Since they were very busy, I got an appointment about 1 1/2 weeks away. Steve (the owner) came out, did an inspection, talked to me about what I wanted, and wrote me a proposal right then. I signed and emailed the proposal on June 07. I got a response the next day saying the proposal was received and someone would call me the day before they would come. I didn't hear anything for over two weeks, so I called to find out what was going on and was told that they would be getting to my job soon. I got the call on June 29 and the two-man crew came out on June 30 and did the work. There was one problem with their electrical equipment drawing so much power that it fried a GFI outlet in our garage. Plugging it into the outlet in the laundry room solved the problem. (Needs at least 20 amps.) The work was done in 3 hours. After the crew left we noticed a couple of downspouts that needed tweaking, so I called to schedule a revisit. Steve came out on July 11 to do some minor fixes. I'm very happy with the work and the professionalism. The only problem was that they are so busy that there's quite a bit of wait time, but they are worth waiting for.

This is the same company as R. S. Frazier Roofing. Over the past 22 years, they have done a roof replacement for me on each of 2 (two) homes. Later on I hired them to install gutter caps on both sides of this house (where trees and bushes exist). Another time I hired them to build a roof and install 2 sky lights over an existing 3 sided patio on this house. They have always been very professional (office staff and service personnel) ... competively priced ... and have always done quality work. That is why I contacted them for this project as well. The initial gutter caps (installed on the sides of the house) used metal that showed at the bottom of the roof shingles. This latest installation of gutter caps was done with a new product that has material on top that matches the shingles on the roof and makes a beautiful rolled edge look over the gutters with no metal showing ... giving the roof an absolutely beautiful finished look !!! I couldn't be happier with the appearance of these new gutter caps and will replace the old style cutter caps with this new product whenever (if ever) the old style needs replacement .... and ... of course .... I'll use Frazier Roofing to do that job too.

It went very well. Quick response to my request for a quote. I quoted 2 roofing companies from Angie's List and one company that I had seen their work on our street. I had decided I would take the low bid of the three since I felt they would all do quality work. I printed off Frazier's coupon. With their coupon, they were the low bid. I felt they did an excellent job, and their workmen were punctual and professional. A couple of weeks after, an inspection person returned to the site and reviewed and performed a little more sealing around the fireplace. It was a great experience, and I would recommend them highly, which I did when my neighbor called for a reference.

I liked that they were honest and didn't tell us that our roof needed repairs when it didn't. Also, they didn't charge us to inspect our roof.

The quoting process was done well and Steve told us we could save money by using a different leaf guard system than what we originally planned. Turns out it was right and the system looks good appears to work fine. The installation crew was on time and completed the work quickly with no mess.

I loved Frazier Roofing and Guttering Company. They were excellent. They were professional. The work done was really good. The gutters really looked nice, seamless and done right. We haven?t had any problems with it so far. Their price was decent. I would use them in the future when required.
