I chose a wooden floor and carpet for a house that we were selling. The wooden floor was the product that we chose. The carpet was not the product we chose. We were shown one carpet and then told that they would have to use a different carpet. When I objected to the new one, they said that they would use the original product. On the day of the installation, I was told that the carpet was not found and another product was substituted. We were having an Open House that weekend so I had to accept the carpet that was delivered. It seemed to be a inferior carpet. I asked to have a receipt sent to me that detailed cost and taxes on what we bought. I was promised that it would be in my mailbox the next day. It was not. I called and requested the receipt again and it still was not sent. When the wooden trim was stained to go with the wooden floor, stain spots ended up on the concrete sidewalk between the street and house and they could not be removed.
Description of Work: They replaced carpet and installed wood in entry hall.
