Description of Work: Gary came out and looked at the work we needed done. He arrived on time. On the small job I needed done right away ( re routing a dryer vent) he quoted a price that was double the other estimate I had gotten. We need the exterior of our house painted. He had an older gentleman come out and look at the job but he never worked up a price. We didn't exactly hit it off but I did expect an estimate.

Description of Work: He repaired my master closet carpet that my cat scratched up when she accidentally got trapped.He cut away the damaged portion and put a thin piece of wood next to the bathroom floor's ceramic tile. The wood acted as a new threshold. It looked beautiful, I am very happy. He also completed the install of an exterior ceiling fan on my patio.

Description of Work: He sanded and painted our kitchen window sill, replaced a can light outdoors that was way up high and worked on our rain gutters. He also chalked along our master bathtub edge. He was gracious enough to go get a replacement light bulb and chalk at Lowe's that we had neglected to get ahead of time. Very sociable.

Description of Work: Complete waste of time! I called and described my window problem and set an appt. for the next week. On that day, Gary called (20 minutes after appt. time) asking for details and if I still needed him to drive "all the way out there". Since I took off work early to meet him, I said yes. When he drove up, I showed him the broken window and his response was.." I don't do a whole lot of windows. We might need to call my regular window guy". Are you kidding me! Why is he even listed under windows on Angies list???
