We had to ask him back several times to complete the job. We are still unhappy. They were to plant begonias in the front and rose bushes in the back. Instead, they planted pansies in the front and hibiscus in the back. We are still waiting for them to correct the error. It's been weeks, no one has returned. We asked to have mulch added. They removed the mulch we had and replaced it with a very thin layer (very thin).

I have used Advanced previously and would use them again. They do a very good job at a reasonable price.

Steve came out to review the yard and the work that done. He came out on the day we agreed, and the job he did was fantastic! I went to work and came home to a very cleaned up yard , bushes and tree trimmed, new pansies planted. He just did a fantastic job. He will be my "go to" yard person from now on. Well done! My experience with them has been great so far. I met with them on a Friday and they were at my house on a Saturday taking care of the landscaping issues I had discussed with them. It has only been a week since the job was done but so far everything looks great.

In the beginning I was really excited when I spoke to Steve to have all the weeds in my front and back yards killed and have the lawns reseeded. We agreed on a price, and I thought it was fair for both of us. His crew came over a few times unannounced to spray sporadically throughout the yard instead of killing all the grass and weeds that was originally agreed upon. Communication was very poor and it was very difficult at times to get a response back when I was trying to get an idea when the next round of spraying was scheduled. To sum up this experience, weeks of inaction went by and I gave up hope that the job was going to be completed considering it's now too late in the season to kill the remaining weeds/grass and to reseed the lawn. I was very encouraged in the beginning after speaking with Steve, but he just forgot about this job.

It is too early to give a detailed review since he started his service only today, So far he seems to be doing good job. But time alone will tell.

Great experience. Met w/ him on Saturday. They showed up Monday and finished the project on Tuesday. Very quick.

They were suppose to leave my St. Augustine Grass four inches High and they scalped it three different times and the grass died all around the edges of the lawn and gas leaking lawnmower i could smell the gas...and in running water on the side walk there was blue green rings good sign of a gas mower that leaked....also ruining my yard leaving brown areas due to gas leaks on mower....I could go on....

Great customer service. Prompt, quick and knowledgeable. In addition to completing the job hired for, Cindy and her team cleaned up some shrubbery and plant bed that needed some TLC!
