Our shower was leaking into the basement. Robert from Total Plumbing had to replace the pipes. He did a great job. Very professional.

Water heater

The plumber arrived 2 hours late. He evaluated my problem and said he had to go to lowes for parts. When he returned aprox 3 houlater he informed me he had to "run to his shop" When the job was complete, he charged me $595.00 He gave me no receipt from lowes for the parts he alledgelly purchased. I was shocked at the price and asked him how much he charges an hour and he
informed me $200.00 an hour. I called several other area plumbers who all told me that I was way overcharged for this service and it should have been $225-$260.

this plumber was 21/2 hours late.He had to leave to get supplies. When he returned 2 hours later, he informed me he also went to his shop. This plumber charged me $500.00 to do the work. after he left, I called several other area plumbers who all told me that he overcharged me about twice the amount it should be. I also had to pay the plumber cash because he didn't want run my credit card because he didn't want to pay taxes on the money I have him. I will never use this plumbing co again !!!!!

Plumber was friendly enough but made a comment about how he was surprised the more expensive 1 inch valve he first put on didnt work as well as the much cheaper 3/4 inch valve. I had paid for the 1 inch valve and never received any money back when a cheaper part was installed.

It went very well. The owner of the business came out himself on a Saturday because his guys were busy. He was punctual and did a great job. Also let us know things that could happen in the future so that we will be prepared. I was very pleased.

I called before 7 am and someone answered the phone. A truck was promised between 8 and 9 and arrived at 8:45. The plumbers wore booties over their muddy boots to keep my basement floor clean. The work was explained and parts replaced were shown to me. The water heater is now functioning again. I have a 1 year warranty. I am pleased and will call them again when I need a plumber.

I called and complained about the bill. They were very rude. The only thing I can say about them is that I would run just as fast I could away from them. I cannot recommend them for anything.

It went very well. The plumber arrived at 9 AM. He assessed the situation and let me know that he could do the job. Now the house had a small crawlspace underneath - about 18" total, so I was very happy that he could do the job. He removed the piping and replaced it with new PVC pipe. He also replaced a 1950's style toilet with a new low water/high pressure flush. He cleaned everything up and wrote a detailed bill. I was very pleased.

I called in the afternoon. they sent out a tech as soon as he was finished with his prior job. He arrived at about 6:30 in the evening. Looked at what was going on and gave me an estimate.Because of the small crawl space and the lack of light under the house said they would be back first thing in the morning. Back next morning early with all things needed to do job, ( including a small tech, that could get to where the problem was) .

My experience with them was okay. They were responsive and punctual.

Great. The office called to find out about the project they bid. I responded with my horror story and how going cheaper was not worth the hassle. She apologized and said they would be happy to finish the job since the first company kept lying to me and not showing up. That was on a Friday. The job was completed on Tuesday. The plumbers worked long diligent hours and inspected and made necessary fixes to leaks left behind by the first company. They even wore booties to protect my floors, unlike the others. They are well worth the extra money. The office answers the phone with "How may I make your day better?" Then they do make it better very quickly. I used them for emergencies, when no one else could be bothered. My husband thought it was such a large project and wanted to save money so he went with the cheapest. He was not impressed and cleaned up after them each day. Total Plumbing takes care not to make a mess if possible and they are friendly, neat and are very reliable. They honor their warranties.
