Positives: where do I start??
Obviously I gave him the highest grades in all the Angie's categories, but, there is much more to say: Carlos is the first of about ten computer geeks (sorry, Carlos) that I have ever used that took the time to explain things to me in 'human-speak' . . virtually unheard of in the geek world.
Second, and VERY IMPORTANT, Carlos let's me call him with followup questions and he gives rapid solutions that you can easily follow.
Third, unlike all the rest I've dealt with, Carlos seems to have infinite patience (did I spell that right?) and I find that to be unusual and very much appreciated. He does not seem to mind at all spending as much time with you as you need to ask questions and understand the computer. As time goes on, his business will grow and this will test his patience, but, right now, he is a joy to work with.
I put him on my smart phone speed dial; you will too.
