Description of Work: We have a huge circular driveway and parking pad. It was very dirty and had mold on it in places. JB worked on it with some special equipment that he has. The entire concrete area is now completely clean and looks brand new. We are delighted with JB's work and highly recommend him .

The pressure washing here was done on MARCH 10, 2014. I reviewed the before and after photos and looked at the work order. You purchased a coupon from Angie's List for $149. for a residential vinyl house cleaning. The building you had us clean was a Dryvit or Stucco style commercial property. The Lotus Center in Berry Hill. To provide good customer service we cleaned it for you anyways and had to work around the other contractors you had running in and out all day. We walked you around the property and showed you all the mold that was removed and you found a few spots that we happily re-cleaned to your satisfaction. We also charged an additional $125, half off for the extra square footage for exceeding the limit of the coupon value. Thank you again for your business and I am very upset to hear that you would not use us again as described in your review. This makes me wonder why you requested extra business cards from me if you were not 100% happy with the quality of my services. Happy holidays to you and your staff Doctor.

Description of Work: Super nice people, but I took off to be here when they were coming and they didn't show or call. When I called they got back to me and apologized. But then the next time they were supposed to come they were 2 hours late and I had already left for the evening. They still did the work. Fortunately they didn't have to be inside my home to get the job done. And the house looked super clean. They did a good job. Just had a hard time getting them here on time.

Description of Work: These two men (owners?) did an outstanding job washing my 93 yr. old Mom's house. They were careful but incredibly thorough, everything sparkled. Most important: they impressed Mom as "perfect gentlemen", and she's hard to please.
