He has got a large garage and he is very popular. We have an older Lincoln that we keep because we can’t get the big ones anymore and it was having a problem when we moved from Florida. We had it in at least five different garages trying to find out why it would turn itself off or wouldn’t start. That is not a good thing when I am driving. Most of them would keep the car for about two weeks and never find it. We also took it to one place here in Sevierville and he could find anything. We took it to Rick’s and they asked if they could keep it for a while and we said yes. They kept it for almost two weeks. I went in probably after a week and a half and found that it had started every time. They finally found out what the problem was and it has been driving perfectly. He was the only one that could find out what was the matter. We have had no trouble with it since. I have been there before and they have always been very pleasant.

Ricks has always provided great service on both our cars. Accurate diagnosis, good workmanship, fast turn around times. Not the absolute cheapest, but the best seldom is! On another level, Rick and his crew are also involved in the community they serve, something we appreciate and reward with our loyalty. Thanks!

Repaired promptly and at the price qouted

called a week in advance to schedule appt. But when i went in that morning to pick it up after letting them know i had to have it done, they said they hadn't even started on it because they didn't know what to do with it. There was a big lack of communication.

They've been around for a long time and they got a good mechanic and he always treats us fairly. They were excellent.

Car was idling very slow and engine died at times - a dangerous condition because power steering quit also. I had already cleaned the throttle body but the idle air control (IAC) looked intimidating so I had Rick's do it. They did it so fast that I had a message waiting on my answering machine before I got home,

We moved here six months ago and didn't know of a reputable service center. My husband called a few people he knew, and one recommended Rick Bohannon at Rick's Service Center. He made an appt. for the earliest available time, which was the following week. (That was a good sign to me, because I figured if they were that busy, they must be trustworthy.) We took the car in at the exact scheduled time of 10 a.m. We had to wait app. 15 min. (not bad). We were very surprised and pleased at the bill - $17 and some cents! I would also like to add how clean the garage, waiting area, and bathroom were - spotless. The receptionist was also very courteous. We will no doubt return to this facility as needed.
