The first round had multiple areas of glossy and flat, they tried to blame it on how fast it dried the heat, humidity, whatever.  The second coat was exactly the same.  There were distinct lines where my floor was glossy and flat finish.  The manager got involved at this point and the 3rd coat showed very nicely.  I appreciated that they got it right, but about  7 months later all of the seams started 'lifting' and the poly was separating from the floor.  "white lines"  They have a one-year guarantee but then started backpeddling, saying that they told us they couldn't guarantee how long it would be good for.  The truth that they told us we could get AT LEAST 3-5 years from the screening.  Would anyone pay $2800 to have something done if they were told it might not even last a year??  Well finally they offered to 'resolve this' by doing a complete refinishing "at cost" which was $3,800.  Yes they wan to charge us $3800 to fix a $2800 job that was done poorly (in my estimation).  We got another estimate and the new refinishers saw the lines and said  "well we guarantee our work".  Interestingly the new refinishers bid $3,950 to do the job (which was not their cost but for profit).  Also, the new company measured the floors and came up with over 200 square feel less than Textures, which makes me wonder who got it right, and did Textures overcharge me for the original job (since it was by the square foot). 
At this point we have not resolved the issue but may have to resort to litigation.

We were, overall, very happy. The estimate was spot on the final price and offered financing. They scheduled to have the floors installed within two weeks of placing the order. The install only took 1.5 days, and the installers did an incredible job and left our house very clean. The only issue that arose involved scheduling, as they had initially scheduled to install on Thursday and Friday, but changed last minute to the following Monday and Tuesday, because they had gotten behind on their previous job.
