 + -1 moreIF YOU USE THIS CONTRACTOR--BE VERY CAUTIOUS AND HOLD BACK A LARGE AMOUNT UNTIL THE WORK IS DONE TO YOUR SATISFACTION. IT WILL COST US $1000 TO REPAIR THE POOR WORK THEY DID IN OUR HOME. MIGHT NOTE THAT I HAVE TRIED 3 DIFFERENT ADDRESSES TO SEND A LETTER RETURNED EACH TIME. USED THE ADDRESS ON THEIR CONTRACT-NOT A GOOD ADDRESS. THE ONLY ADDRESS NOW HAS NO STREET ADDRESS. BUYER BEWARE.
Description of Work: WE HAD THE COMPANY REFINISH THE HARDWOOD FLOORS IN 2 ROOMS-THEY WERE LATE TO ALL APPOINTMENTS-RUDE UPON ARRIVAL-THE SANDING WAS UNEVEN AND RIDGES IN ONE PLACE. THE FINISH WAS UNEVEN. WE HAVE HAD TO HAVE OTHER FLOOR REFINISH CONTRACTOR COME IN. SQUARE ONE WAS VERY ABRASIVE WHEN CALLED BACK AND THEY STORMED OUT OF THE HOUSE AND STATED THEY WOULD NOT WORK IN OUR HOME-THEY STATED WE WERE RUDE-BUT 3 OTHER INDIVIDUALS WERE PRESENT AND STATED TO THE CONTRARY.
