Called in Friday night at 7:00.  They were at my house in less than 1.5 hours and walked me through the process.  They got all the water up and put big green fans and dehumidifiers in place.  They came out each day for an hour or so over the holiday weekend checking and moving the equipment around.  They got everything dry and removed their equipment on Tuesday.  I was impressed with the timeliness and professionalism.  After my first call to my agent, they handled everything with my insurance company. 

They tore out to the insulation all the way to the ceiling from the wall. They ended up having to redo insulation/sheetrock and walls, had to cut another 3 inches to correct the problem, never fixed my crawl space said it wasn’t in the contract, also they didn’t finish work in bathroom or garage that was supposed to be gutted. They made a lot of false promises about doing work that they didn’t honor; no contract was made up front, just made up the contract as they went along with the project. They hired day workers who busted sculptures, threw my furniture and art work, threw furniture everywhere scrapped up furniture and art work when they were moving. They couldn’t even cut a straight line, completely unprofessional and uneducated in the work they were performing.
