Well, I think it was over priced for the "material" that was used, and this was not to have gutters or downspouts replaced. It was just for the guards to prevent debris getting into the gutters. I do however like the concept and the warranty, but still think it was overpriced. We shall see how this system holds up in the future. Sales pitch gets you every time, but again, I liked the concept. Customer service was friendly and installation was delayed because of weather and traffic, but it finally got done.

This was the only company who addressed the problem of the leaves sticking to the screening. Brilliant idea!

Came out and explained the product well. Installed in a timely manner. Negotiated the price to where we wanted, and set up payment interest free. We'll see how the product does in a year.

the only issue I had was the installer did not bring the ends for the downspouts and I ended up having to do those myself, but I still paid for them.

Gutters look great work done as expected.

This company evaluated what we needed to do with our gutters, scheduled the work to be done and performed it in a timely manner. This was a good experience.

The gutter protectors are high quality BUT this company was very expensive. Salesman very pushy and I felt pushed to make a decision.

The fellows were excellent and knew what they were doing. Couldn't have been any better.

This wasn't the lowest bid, but I liked the product, and they were able to complete the work the next afternoon.

I had a little trouble with my experience but HomeCraft responded and made things right. They stand behind their work. I'd probably hire them again.

Sales person was good but follow up and contractor used on the job were less then satisfying. The job wasn't completed to the contract. HomeCraft uses sub contractors. I would shop for better options next time.

The work was done well and they were nice guys, but they didn’t clean up after they were done very good. There were nails and debris everywhere they didn’t clean up. With children and pets this is a concern.

I wouldn t let them install gutters on a dog house. I called while they were still here and never received a call back. Didn t want water running under my house. I had to go to Lowes and buy the end pieces to direct the water away from the house.

Great work. I probably paid about 10 - 15 % too much. They gave a price, I countered with a lower offer and they accepted it. I just did not ask for enough of a discount. I paid about $6.75 per foot for 6 inch aluminum gutters (not 5 inch) and the larger capacity downspouts. Downspouts were charged at the same "per foot" price as the gutters and they can surely be itemized as a separate line item and negotiated down to a much lower price. Excellent work but on my next rental house job, I'll have a little better pricing !

THEY NEVER SHOWED THE FIRST APPOINTMENT AND THEN THE SECOND ONE i CALLED TO CANCEL INSTALL BUT THEY SHOWED UP AND DID A GREAT JOB. CLEANED UP NICE. INSTALLER WAS ANTONIO AND HE WAS GOOD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
