The person who was sent to my home has a felony conviction in Florida. I gave this person my financial information. Home Advisor only checks the background of the business owners. The work was okay, but not what was presented at the time my money was taken. I requested someone to look over the work, but got no follow up.

BUYER BEWARE!! Don't let this company give you there little yellow sheet with items checked they are going to do . Ask for a itemized sheet with all the prices for products they are going to use. You really need to see how much you are really paying for their services not just let them start with a high prices and go down to a lower price with their so called deductions. I didn't, and hindsight is 20/20 I wish I had now. Don't make the same mistake I did. If they are working in good faith they shouldn't mind doing this. I'll never have anyone else do anything for me without knowing exactly what I'm paying for everything. Don't just take their word for it. And don't let them intimidate you in to signing any papers before your absolutely sure its what you want to do. Always get at least 3 estimates. I didn't and now I regret it. It's too late for me but not for you. I'm sorry but I can't in all fairness recommend this company to anyone

The estimater was kind and considerite and knew his product also was able to explain other company downfalls about their products. They were all ontime and the installer was fantastic did a great job!!!! Even had to work in the rain and no complaints from him!!!!

Very aggressive sales manager - felt pressured into signing contract. Install was guards on existing gutters. The original estimate was double their final offer. Was told install would be 02-26 so I took the day off to be home and found out they started on 02-25 and would not finish the job until 02-28. Took a look at the partial job that was done so far and have not been very impressed. Shingles do not appear uniform around guards and the end caps are cut and open not closed off like the salesperson stated.

BEWARE - If you read the reviews you will notice a common theme. If you need them to finish the work or do warranty work, they NEVER will arrive. The ladies on the phone are apologetic and will promise you they will schedule the repair crew to correct the problem but the crew NEVER appears. My Gutter Protection was installed on 1/5/2019. A week later we had some rain and I noticed one of my gutters leaking. Their invoice commits 'We seal your gutters with a 50 year Tripolymer' and 'We re-pitch your gutters if necessary' of which they did not do on the gutter that is leaking. I began calling the 'Service Number' on 1/14/19 leaving voicemails each day. On 1/21/19 I called the main number listed on their website and reached a person and was then connected to the Service line where the apologetic lady promised to schedule the repair crew for Feb 4, 2019. They never arrived. I again called the 'Service number' and did reach the apologetic lady who promised to reschedule the repair crew for 2/7/19. Again, they never arrived. I called the 'Service number' and only got voicemail so I called the Main number and asked for a Manager/Owner. After a long hold, the apologetic lady promised to have her Supervisor call me back before the EOB that day. NO phone call back. On Saturday 2/9 ironically I received an email Sales Flyer from Home Craft of which I replied explaining my issues and not expecting any response but to my surprise, the 'Service Lady' called me about an hour later. This was the FIRST time any of my contact attempts had been responded to. She was very apologetic and 'promised' to get to the bottom of the issue and call me back. Well 8 days later and still no contact from their company and my gutter, which is right by my front door, still leaks. I hope this review will save future potential customers from becoming victims as I and others have been.

Working with this company has been a nightmare!! Smooth talking sales rep promising a quality product with an exceptional warranty. The first rainstorm proved both to be false claims. Large leak and 4 months later trying to get service and repairs to no avail! Had to get the Better Business Bureau involved but still, no repairs completed. Promises made and broken, voicemails never returned and flat out lying and misleading. Stay away or have lots of epoxy on hand!

The initial pricing was high but after this hurdle was cleared the installers did an excellent job and were very helpful repairing a soffit problem allowing a squirrel to enter the attic.

I hired HomeCraft Gutters to perform a repair on my house. The quote was high but the explanation of the work involved justified the cost to me at first. One of my facia boards had come loose on one end of the run. They were to remove a section of gutter approximately 40+ feet long, repair and re-secure the facia board using screws all along the run, and then reattach the gutter. All this to the back side of my house which is 3 stories off the ground. I was told a team of 4 or more would be needed and several ladders possibly scaffolding. The team showed up on the day they said they would, but early in the morning (0830). I was not given a call the day before to expect them at that time. They started working without checking in with me. The team consisted of just 2 men and a single ladder. They did not remove the gutter from the house. They did re-secure the facia board, but only at the ends of the run, not along the middle of it. They were done with-in an hour. I signed off on the work and they left. Later that day I noticed a gap between the soffit and the roof on the end that had originally come loose form the house. The gap was large enough for any number of small animals to get in to my attic. I contacted them to have the crew come back out. I also raised to them my concerns about the cost of the job vs the amount of work that was actually done and the amount of work I was told would be done. I wanted to open a dialogue about a partial refund, to come to a fairer price for the job, as it had been mis-represented to me initially. The project coordinator told me that he would call me back about a price adjustment and the crew would come back out to correct the gap. The same crew did come back out and re positioned the facia board and soffit to correct the gap. However, I did not receive a return call about the price adjustment. I called several more times and left voicemails over the next month. The project coordinator did return some of my calls initially, but each time I was told he would call me back but with no follow-up. Eventually he stopped calling me back at all. I called in to their CS line, and the agent put me in touch with their QA manager, she also promised a return call, but to no avail. I have since tried contacting her a couple more times, but again with no response. I recommend that people avoid using this company. They are not interested in developing long term relationships with customers, they do not keep their word, and they mis-represent the work that needs to be done in order to overcharge customers. UPDATE: The QA manager did renew contact with me after a few weeks and we were able to finally come to an agreement on a more adequate price for the job.

Sales person was nice. Crew showed up timely and completed install. They did not however check for leaks with water test. After first rain, I noticed a couple leaks, and noticed that one section of gutter is not draining correctly. I do not recall seeing them installers using a level to check for flow direction. Finally, I have made four phone calls to the numbers on the brochures that were left. I can not get a return phone call and there is no physical address for the company. In addition , I was uncomfortable with the way my payment was received. Just wish I could express this to someone at Homecraft.. seems they protect themselves from follow up.
