The sales person would not leave me the itemized estimate so that I could compare to other quote. The price increased twice because the sales person stated that she forgot to include all the proposed work. The installers did a good job but I had to remind them twice to repair soft and clean the roof. They left without painting two repaired areas.

Consumer Haseeb hired HomeCraft Gutters to repair the soffit and fascia causerie it was damaged, I was talked into getting gutter protection, I was told I needed 8' of fascia replaced, came out and did the work and did not replace all the damaged material, the gutter guard was secondary, they installed the old wood that was water damaged, I have been on the phone with them for 2 weeks trying to get a resolve with no luck

Product - I haven't yet been home while it rained so I'm yet to see the gutters in action (will update later). Experience - This is primarily the basis for my rating. I had a few quotes for home reno projects, and the meeting with HomeCraft was more enjoyable by far, and not nearly as pushy or overbearing as others have been. The presentation was well organized and rehearsed. They were able to answer all questions (including technical ones).

Homecraft did an excellent job, but I never received a paid copy of invoice or the 40 year warranty on the new gutters. Roxie Trombini

On time and very fast installation. Installer corrected some issues that were found with the existing gutters that were just installed a few weeks prior to the gutter guard installation.

They were very nice but unfortunately the installers spoke little if any English and I had a hard time explaining. I spoke to the company after the fact about an area that wasn't covered and it appears there was also some confusion with the salesman regarding a single area to be covered. I called them and explained this to them but have not yet heard back from them. Since it appears the agreement was incomplete, I have no recourse but I did want them to know about the issue.

A new company in the area. Their product is high quality and reasonably priced. They cleaned the gutters and installed leaf protection.

A salesperson who met with me was very friendly, but like the other gutter guard company, we interviewed, using a very misleading pricing scheme - with the final price we paid less than 25% of the initially quoted cost. I stayed focused on the final number and the quality of the product, which made me choose HomeCraft, despite what felt like a car-dealer approach to pricing and discounts. Scheduling was very frustrating with a crew first coming without the right-sized product the first day; a new crew coming on the second day with the corrected product, but then finding that the original product had been the right size; a crew promising to come on the third day but not showing up; and a crew arriving after the appointment window on the fourth day, which I was told would absolutely not happen. The gutter guards were installed completely on the fourth day. The crew was very friendly. I cannot judge the quality of their work, but two issues bothered me. First, I saw them climbing into a fairly small Japanese maple tree to be able to move a ladder without bringing it down; I immediately got their attention and asked that they not climb that valuable tree that was not large enough to hold a grown man weight. I later discovered two large limbs of a fig tree that were broken off on the other side of the house. It was understandable, perhaps, because there was not much space to put their ladder, but they should have informed me of the damage and apologized. Second, while I could only inspect about 6 feet of the installed product visible through an attic window, the section I could see had a piece of the screen frayed and torn up, exposing a small hole in the mesh, which already had a leaf stuck in it. Perhaps this is not reflective of the full installation, but I found it concerning. Time will tell about the durability of the product and whether HomeCraft stands by its product with the 40-year warranty. I am very glad to not have to schedule gutter cleaning twice per year, but I am not fully confident that these gutter guards will perform as advertised. I will certainly update or write another review after seeing how the gutters perform over the next 12 months. UPDATE: We were told that part of the installation included sealing and aligning all gutters so that they would be problem-free for many years. We noticed a leak developing in May 2020, with water coming through the soffit near one of the gutter seams. HomeCraft was not responsive to my requests for a warranty inspection until HomeAdvisor got involved as part of their complaint-resolution process. I was then subsequently pleased with how I was treated. HomeCraft reimbursed me for what I had paid another roofing company to fix the gutter leak, and they sent out a VERY competent contractor (Roman R.) who inspected the whole system to make sure there were no other installation errors. This is probably a good product for most homes, but I simply cannot judge whether my customer service fiasco was an isolated incident.

Pleasant young man did the work in five hours, the time estimate I had been given. As far as I can tell, the quality of workmanship was excellent.

Blake Bettis from HomeCraft came out today to answer our questions about their gutter protection. He was very knowledgeable of the product. He thoroughly explained the hows and whys of the gutter guards. He answered all of our questions and we never felt any pressure. We are having out gutter protection installed next week. Thanks to Blake for being such a professional, courteous and helpful person.

Great reps, no pressure sales. Great product for gutter covers. Installers are professional employees of the company, quick and detail oriented. Pictures provided before and after. Very pleased with the whole process. Definitely will recommend this company to anyone that will listen.
