My only complaint with this company is the fact that they came a day later than they said they would (without notification). They said to expect them between 1-3 pm on Wednesday and they arrived at 4:30 pm on Thursday. Once on-site, the two young men worked very hard and finished a quality job in 2.5 hours. I am pleased with the product.

They took down my old gutters and put in new ones with leaf guard. Disappointed that they did not clean off the mildew, algae and dirt left behind on the soffit, before putting up the new gutter. The sales representative said that they would, but the installers said that they did not do that. They don't even carry a pressure washer to do such a thing. A bit on the expensive side. I was promised gutter supports / holders.every 18 inches and when I looked and I found that they were about every two feet or so. That was better than what was originally up the, but not what I was promised. The new gutter looks good. They even removed an old down spout that ran along my from stoop pillar. It looked awful, but they did an excellent job taking it out. They appear to have a nice gutter guard and their warranty was better than most. The gutters themselves are the same as everyone else's. Hopefully the guards are as good as promised, and I will never have to use the warranty. Lastly,.I did not like the paper that they asked me to sign afterwards. It had check marks for all the different aspects of the work completed. I am not a gutter inspector nor did I watch every minute of the work so how am I to know if the work was done correctly, per the check list. In the end, I feel that they did a good job and the gutters look nice. Just don't promise things, like a clean soffit, that is not going to happen.

While I haven’t had the final product installed yet, they were on the spot and actually showed up for the estimate, and set an install within a week, both of which I had problems with getting from local vendors. Will add additional review after install!

Installation team-very professional and customer oriented. Even trimmed an over grown holly tree that was near gutter location. I have been putting this off for years. also, one plastic pipe was clog with debris about 2+ feet below surface and it was cleaned by hand.

they did a good job

They moved me up a day but did not have the product at their warehouse yet, which made no sense. They should have arrived 9 to 11 but did not get here until 1:10 pm. Workers were good and fast.. but left without picking up screws. We found 13 screws in the driveway and on the porch. I am having them come back out to rearrange the gutter guards. The workers were very nice, but I am not 100% pleased yet. Will update my review after corrections are made.

Very professional. Best gutter protection design in the business. Sam did an excellent job of cleaning, fixing and installing the covers in a short amount of time.

When I purchased the gutter protection plan I did not receive any paperwork or a guarantee certificate. When the salesperson did not give it to me on the day of purchase, I thought I would get it the day of installation. The installation day came and went and still no paperwork. I had to call, and all I received was a messy handwritten purchase order. No nice neat certificate that most places give. When the company installed the gutter covers they told me they were going to clean out my downspouts. All they did was bang on them. I know some are full. I have a feeling when it rains I am going to be left with a bigger problem. I have underground piping that is connected to the downspouts and think everything from the downspouts will end in the piping.

Very polite, very quick service. The gutter guards are great! I won't have to worry about my husband having to lean the gutters anymore!

They did a great job for a reasonable price. I am pleased with the results!

They had to cancel because of weather, but they came the next available day.

They did not show up on the date they promised. They gave me another date, and I told them if they were not here by then Cancel the install.

A little pricey but excellent service.

During the estimate meeting the representative was attentive to my needs and explained all the products that were available to do the jo I needed. We negotiated what I thought was a fair price for the task. They started the work the next day after the estimate. I thought that would never happen. The crew was pretty prompt. They started pretty much when they got to my house. They asked questions when they were not sure of something. I appreciated that very much. Their work was stellar. I was happy that I chose HomeCraft Gutter Protection to do the work. I am a happy camper.

They were just awesome. I just love the work that they did. So happy.

Very disappointed, would not recommend them and I think I have over paid and totally disappointed.

We had the facial and gutters replaced on the home. The carpentry had gaps at the joints as much as an inch wide. They used interior fasteners, which will rust pretty quick. I had to instruct them to use exterior fasteners. The gutters that were installed leaked at first rain. We didn't get what we thought we was paying for. After talking to Senior VP, an agreement for a small refund was made, but have not heard from anyone from this company since. Not even a return phone call. Please do not use this company.

Arrived on time and worked diligently to complete a very involved job in a day.

I could tell that the team that had been working together for a long time. They were very efficient and the job was done amazingly fast! I am liking the gutters so far and they did not do more work than needed. I had gutter issues in a few places but the owner only replaced what I needed. I do not feel I got over charged or given something I did not need. Everything is working fine, they look good, and we are happy!
