I am thrilled with the results from the new counter tops. Everything from the template (fascinating process btw) to the install was done in a very timely manner. I won't hesitate to use these guys again when/if the time comes. One thing that would be nice is if there was some way to be made aware of issues that the new sinks might cause. I had to redo all of the plumbing under the sink since the new undermount 60/40 was so much deeper in the cabinet than my previous 50/50 sink that sat on top of counters. I don't think it's a negative really, it would just be a nice extra to know going in.

Just had a great experience with Granite Masters; friendly, fast, great quality and excellent pricing. Literally it was one week and one day from my first call to Granite Masters until my new seven foot double bowl vanity top was installed. We visited their office on Tuesday afternoon and looked at a good selection of granite slabs, they came and measured on Thursday afternoon and installed the new top the next Wednesday. I will definitely be using them for all my future granite needs

The countertops are beautiful and I am very happy with the end result. The biggest issue was when they drilled the holes for our faucet, they installed the clamps for the sink too close to the holes, so the clamps had to be removed for us install our faucet. Instead of drilling new holes so they could move the clamps away from the faucet holes, they put the clamps back in the same place over the top of everything after we installed the faucet. I don’t think this will be a huge problem, just an added step if we ever want to change our faucet. But it was pretty inconvenient because we were unable to use our sink for several days while we waited for them to send someone back out to fix it and they did not clearly communicate what they were going to do to fix the problem.

Reasonable, should have had a more help carrying in and placing the heavy counter slabs. Had to jump in a couple of times when it looked like they were about to drop them.

These guys are just great! We had some hiccups along the way which were due to the fact that I have a 116 year old house with uneven walls. There was an issue with the counters needing to be a little deeper than standard counters. At first they were cut the way they should have fit, but after install, there were areas where there was a bit of a gap between the counter and the wall. Jeff said he would make it right and came back, made another template, and recut/installed all the counters again but 1 (which didn't need to be replaced). When he saw there was a difference between the new and "old" counter, as they were from different slabs, he took it upon himself to redo the one area that fit perfectly, just so it would blend/match better.
They were responsive to every need and I know they lost money on this install, but they made it right, no questions asked. It was a mistake that could happen to anyone. I had no issue with that fact as they made it right, even replacing all the counters a second time. That is why I highly recommend them and would use them again. Stuff happens but they made it right, on my time frame, and were very apologetic. Most folks these days make excuses..Jeff and Miriam and the staff made it right, no excuses. A very refreshing change from most others in the home building/remodeling industry!! I would feel very comfortable recommending them to anyone because they stand by their word. The marble is beautiful and price better than other places I had quote the job.

Working with Granite Masters was easy and great from start to finish. I hadn't planned on doing granite in my new kitchen install, but I decided to do a quick search of counter companies in Nashville, just in case, and Granite Masters came up. I visited their store and the customer service was great, so I brought my husband back to pick out a slab. We picked out our slab, were provided an estimate, and we scheduled a day for the install. A few things happened with our other contractors and we had to reschedule our time to complete the template a few times, but they were always so nice and accommodating. We had the templates done on a Thursday, and they were ready to install by Monday - this is what I found to be one of the most impressive parts of the entire process. They actually were scheduled to be installed on Tuesday, but they were able to come a day early. If you go out to Home Depot or Lowes, the time between template and install is usually about 3 or 4 weeks! They finished product is exceptional. When I start work on my next two bathrooms, I will be calling Granite Masters. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service, great quality, and an easy stress free interaction. One of the best!
