The first three visits were ok. They cleaned what I asked them to but they frequently used my equipment and whatever cleaning products they used made the house look clean, but it just did not seem completely sanitized so I started buying products for them to use. Then during the week before Thanksgiving they called a day ahead of time to reschedule and they did the same thing the week before Christmas. They changed the schedule again this month so I've canceled service. The cleaning was average, their equipment was inadequate and I provided the products. I decided that I could probably find a better service.

I was quoted over the phone a price of $85 for three hours of cleaning. I was shocked when I saw the first draft from my bank account for $190. From then on it was always $110 with varying degrees of work done. Except for the first visit, they were never there longer than an hour and a half. When I called twice for an explanation of the charges, I never really got a good explanation.
