Centerstone Community Mental Health Centers

My company's EAP sent me to Dr. Lass, as I was seeking treatment during a difficult emotional time. As I hadn't attended therapy sessions in the past, I was apprehensive about the process. He was very helpful and tried a variety of techniques to help me deal with the issues. His friendly, easygoing manner helped me be more at ease with an unfamiliar experience. Ultimately speaking with him helped me understand the origins of my issues, and how I might change my thinking to move toward changing the problems themselves. He suggested many processes that I still keep in mind, though I've since stopped attending therapy sessions with Dr. Lass. The only complaint I can share is that administratively, Centerstone's communication is somewhat lacking. I received different information about billing and billing status from different employees, and had a hard time getting that information straight. I indicated a $0 expenditure because ultimately treatment was covered by insurance. The massive amount of paperwork that had to be filled out repeatedly was also a bit frustrating, but I imagine that isn't unusual at a medical facility like this (I mention only because it was the same information I was providing, even though they'd processed it previously).
