"I'm sorry you are dissatisfied with the service you received. You and I did a walk-through before we left and you were very happy and even expressed the desire to schedule biweekly service for us to return. Our team went above and beyond to clean your home as we always do. For example, your quote was for 13.5 hours of service. As you said, 4 people stayed for 5 hours cleaning your home. That is 20 hours of work. Your home had not been cleaned in a very long time and was truly a deep clean. Having regularly scheduled cleaning would resolve this issue. During the quote and booking time, you and I spent a long period of time on the phone and messaging back and forth setting up your service. You were well aware that we do not use bleach or chemical products to perform our services. You can go back to our website and review for yourself that we use natural plant-based cleaners. I am shocked to see your review here. It saddens me that you feel the need to besmirch someone who worked so hard to provide you with a clean and healthy living environment. If you were truly unhappy with your service, you know that you could have picked up the phone and called us. We would have been happy to return to make sure your service was exactly what you wanted it to be. But instead, your first course of action was to write a bad review publicly. Why? I can't begin to understand."
