These jobs that had been nagging at me for so long, took just less than 3 hours to complete. This experience was so smooth. Chaz went through my entire list. There were two items that he could not do, and told me so upfront. We then discussed each job to be completed. After we agreed on price, he started work immediately and was done less than 3 hours later. Chaz and Sheila have a great thing going. Everything from the initial contact, to the work, to the thank you note they sent me after the job was completed, was done with professionalism and a cheerful disposition.

Work was done well, on time, and UNDER original estimate!

I will say at the outset that I have high (and perhaps at times unreasonable) expectations for service providers and I am more often than not disappointed. However, in this case, I wish there was something higher than an A to give to Chaz. We had contacted other handymen in the area (including one other Angies List A rated provider) and had terrible luck getting anyone to show up on time for an estimate, or show up at all. From first contact with these guys I knew they were going to be different and they were! They called when they said they would and were an absolute pleasure to talk to. Chaz took time out of his evening to give us an estimate last minute since he knew we'd been having trouble with other providers. Even better, once he got here, he was the nicest, most personable guy. He went down in the crawlspace, looked around and told us that the problem our home inspector told us we had, wasn't a problem at all. A less honest person would have taken the job and collected the money. Both my husband and I were so impressed by our experience, that we are actively looking for more projects so that we have a chance to work with Chaz and his wife, both of whom were just an absolute pleasure to talk to and work with!

Chaz got his ladder out. Checked all the gutters. He said he didn't want to take my money because they were already clean. I climbed his ladder and looked. Of course he was right. I have used him before and he is very honest and competent. He didn't even charge me a trip charge.

From the beginning Chaz and Sheila went through the work to be performed and advised me of savings in materials. On day of work, I met Chaz at Home Depot to pick up materials needed and then Chaz immediately started on repairs. Everything turned out perfect and in a very timely manner. Since it was raining, the brick mold for storm door had to be replaced when not raining. This couple is very professional and I will definitely will use again when needed in the future. You will not be disappointed.

It went great. He was very nice and professional. I was happy to finally have the job done! He was prompt and courteous. Couldn't ask for more.

They were very professional when they came for an estimate and also very personable. Shelia made a list of materials to get, and after explaining what he would do made we made an appointment for the work to be completed. He called the morning of the work day to let me know the time he would arrive and after arriving went straight to work. He completed the work after 5 hours and cleaned up all materials where you could not tell anything had been done.

Punctual... personable... professional. I enjoyed meeting and working with Chaz and Sheila and will look forward to hiring them again! They worked quickly but efficiently, had great ideas for problem solving, and their price was very fair.

It went wonderfully. We had most of the materials, and Chaz was efficient, thoughtful, and had reasoning behind some of his decisions behind hanging our mirrors/pictures professionally. He was extremely quick and articulate - we WILL definitely use him again.

Sheila and Chazz responded very quickly to my request for closet repair. They were able to come earlier than originally scheduled and were very polite and professional. They picked up all the materials and all I had to do was pay for the materials at Home Depot. They spent the entire day repairing my closet and once complete it was amazing! I actually have too much room with all the shelves they built! Remarkable! I can finally walk in my large closet and confidently find what I need in a flash. I will definitely use them again when I move to my new home to design my closet again.

We had just moved to the Nashville area and needed someone to install 6 ceiling fans in our new home. We consulted Angie's List to find someone who was qualified to do the job. We made the initial contact with the owner and his wife about 6 weeks ago. They kept in touch with me and we scheduled an appointment for when we would be at the new home to complete the job. The owner arrived on time, kept working at a steady pace, and cleaned up when he was done. The cost of the job was exactly what he had estimated. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

Chaz and Shelia were responsive and attentive from the very first contact. We had an unusual job for them to do - we needed the countertop in our laundry room raised 3 inches in order to fit a new washing machine and dryer under the counter. The work was not straightforward and the process needed revision and adaptation as the work progressed. Chaz did a marvelous job and we are extremely pleased with the whole project - the cost, the time it took and the professionalism shown.

The repair went great. Chaz & Sheila run a very organized and professional business. We scheduled my repair, and Chaz provided me with instruction for what exactly I would need to have on-site when he arrives. They followed up to confirm the date, repair, and time. Best of all....Chaz showed up exactly when he said he would, and took care of our problem exactly as he said he would! So refreshing to be able to count on a person, and know the "who/what/when" for things to be taken care of! I strongly recommend them for any of the wide-variety of services they offer. Even though Chaz is there to work for you, he is a very pleasant, and you will actually enjoy the time he spends with you while working on your home!

I have used Chaz before and he and Sheila are wonderful to work with in setting appointments and getting the work done entirely satisfactorily. He is extremely busy, but I'm willing to wait for his availability since I haven't been disappointed when he's done work for me in the past. It is always a great experience.

Chaz is a good worker and very pleasant to deal with. His wife, Sheila, talked to us about other possible projects while Chaz worked on the electrical. The previous owner had installed the outlet in a way that made the circuit difficult, but Chaz persevered until he found the issue and fixed it. Very nice work! Will hire again.

Multitask Handyman was my first use of Angie's List and I contacted Chaz because of the high recommendations. Chaz was very responsive and professional. He was able to make a convenient appointment quickly and even stopped by to reschedule when the weather got bad. He was personable and knowledgeable and able to help with some installations and demo prior to renovation. He knew exactly what he was doing and worked quickly, getting everything done on my list. I wasn't aware of the service call charge upfront, but otherwise pricing was just as expected and well worth the cost! I feel completely comfortable having Chaz in my home and know that he will take care of items quickly and professionally. I recommend him highly and will be calling him again to finish up the last handyman items when the renovation is complete. We are considering asking his wife for an estimate on the master closet organizational system. If she is as good as he is, it will be well worth it.

We had a need to move fast. We just bought a home and the insurance company gave us a very limited time to get hand rails on the front porch (or lose our coverage). I called one evening and explained our situation to Chaz and Sheila. They came out here the next day, created the estimate and even accompanied me to Home Depot to make sure I got all the correct materials. The next day Chaz showed up early morning and finished the job in less time than the estimate. He used some of that leftover time to take care of a door situation that needed attention. All this was very quickly & correctly. So we got what we asked for, & easily within our insurance imposed deadline. We received even more services than the estimate called for, and the job still came in under what was an already reasonable estimate. Sheila and Chaz were very easy to work with as well. Sheila and Chaz were great! The entire experience from scheduling our appointment to having the worked performed was top notch. They explained their pricing upfront, came to our house at the agreed day/time (even calling an hour in advance as requested!), and performed all requested work with great care. They have earned our business the next time we need handyman services, and we highly recommend them our fellow Angie's List members!

Almost "miraculously," Sheila and Chaz have essentially doubled the capacity of my master bedroom closet. While previously working on another project for me, Sheila told me about her background as a closet designer. Without much hope that anything could be done about my small closet which was cluttered with basically useless "built-in" open shelves, I asked Sheila to take a look and see if she thought she could help. She looked.....took some measurements.....and said she and Chaz not only could significantly increase the useable space, but could arrange it more efficiently, based on my particular needs. A few days later, she provided a design drawing, with a detailed estimate of costs (including providing some materials that they had on hand at no cost to me). I met them at the store to purchase the needed supplies....and a few hours later I had a "new" closet! AND....it was done at LESS than the estimate! One of the best things about working with Chaz and Sheila is that, prior to and during a project, they assess what is being done from the perspective of your individual lifestyle and needs. When there are choices to be made about even small details, they consult to see which choice would best meet your needs. The "end product" is of highest quality. I highly recommend them!

I can't imagine a better situation to have work done around the house. Chaz and Sheila are personable and very professional. Chaz is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen, rarely taking breaks and insisting on staying until the job is finished. He is very proud of his work and it is so very refreshing to find anyone who takes such pride in what he does. He worked around my large family and was extremely patient with my huge dogs (who often tried to share his lunch). Chaz and Sheila were always careful to make sure that i was doing things in the most cost effective way. Chaz will also tell you if he thinks he cannot accomplish any task to his exacting standards before taking the job. To sum up my experience with Chaz and Sheila, two thumbs up and five stars!

Chaz arrived at my home on time and started working immediately. He was courteous and completely explained all of the services he would be providing. He made recommendations on other home repairs I could/should make and explained how I could do these repairs myself without having to pay someone else (even him) to do them. I appreciate his thoroughness and the good job he did at cleaning out my gutters and removing all the "gunk" and dirt from my patio, driveway and patio furniture.

They were kind, direct, honest, straightforward, and very competent. From our time together I would feel safe with them inside my home without my presence. For someone like myself that alone means so much but they actually bypassed the chance to make more money from me by giving me such honest feedback on some other things I "thought" needed done. After they left my wife told me she felt so good about Mr. Chaz and his wife that she wanted to have them over for dinner sometime because they were just "that nice". I called Sheila and Chaz on a Monday and later that day, they came out for an estimate of the work. We agreed on the time and price and hired Chaz to do all the work. He set 5 day schedule. We started by buying many of the supplies the night before to limit the time Chaz needed to be with us on the shopping trip. Chaz did meet us to pick out and purchase the decking materials. Once back at the house, Chaz got to work on the deck. He completed all of the deck stairs and deck railing on day one. The next day Chaz worked, he was able to complete all of the deck work. It looks great! The next task was installing the interior doors. These presented some challenges as all but one door had to be trimmed to fit the openings. He also had to rout out the hinge area on each door. They were more time consuming than he expected. The doors were hung in about a day and are perfect. The bathroom floor was covered with a "plank" style vinyl product. Chaz got that accomplished in less than 3 hours--including reinstalling the toilet and quarter round. The bath looks better than it ever has and Chaz's eye for quality work added to that. The other work was completed up to the amount of time he had alloted. Because the interior doors shaved off more time than expected, a few small tasks were left over for another time. His work ethic is admirable and he is very precise in his work. I would highly recommend Chaz for all of those odd jobs around the house as well as bigger jobs too. He will tell you up front if a job is outside his scope of work. As he says, "if I can't do it right, I won't do it."

They came out and reviewed the work I had available and determined it wouldn't be cost effective for them to do my work. It was a small job. I really appreciated their honesty.

I would highly recommend Chaz and Sheila! They helped me out of a bind and I will always be grateful to them for going above and beyond to help me get in to my new condo on time with beautiful new floors. I look forward to the next project and I will gladly recommend them to friends and associates.
