Horrible experience. I explained to the company when I called that I have a flea problem in my neighborhood and two very old animals and that it would be an ordeal to get them out of the house for treatment. The exterminator, Robert, was wonderful and worked with me to make it as easy as possible. I took the day off from work and took my animals to the groomer the morning of my scheduled appointment and while I was there, Robert called and said he could not find my house. It turns out Robert is in Tampa and I am in West Palm Beach --- the phone representative entered the wrong zip code for me when they took my service call. Robert obviously could not service me and when I called the company irate about what they had done, they told me they could send someone out the next day but I would have to remove the animals again. Do not hire this company. You do not want to go to the trouble of scheduling service only to find at the time of your appointment the exterminator is on the other side of the state because they are incapable of entering a service call correctly.
